From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a huge, genuine smile from Nathan, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. I get take outs often from here. I work in the mall so I would order a takeout and eat it on the island. Would only take 5-10 minutes at most to eat my food clean up and leave. As I was sitting down the guy at the island told me I couldn’t sit and eat my takeout there because and I quote “ this is how I make my money” and there was a line full of people. It was about 5 people in the line when I checked and still a whole bunch of tables in the restaurant that weren’t occupied. I was very offended because he could’ve been polite about the situation and chose not too. I would never go back here again horrible customer service and my takeout was not fresh food was extremely cold and tasted like it been sitting out

This was a great atmosphere the holiday spirit was definitely welcoming from the decorations to our wonderful server and her holiday ketchup art Santa Rudolph his elf and a snowman to her face makeup we thought were stickers they were so great !!!! it was wonderful keep up the great work it’s not often you see someone who truly loves her job Philly you were amazing with my children I can’t thank you enough for helping bring the spirit of Christmas with a big smile on your face you were amazing we will be seeing you again real soon

From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience our server Philly was so sweet and full of holiday spirit had ornaments in her hair a Rudolph and candy cane painted on her face smiling and so cheerful food was great everyone was very friendly it’s always good when you leave smiling more then when you came kuddos on the ketchup art will definitely be coming here again soon !!!!!
