Has a 50-60s feel. Great food, big proportions for a good price. Great service. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Burger looked like it just did a photo op for a commercial (looked good). Service was top tier, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Loved the atmosphere. Price was way better than nearby competitor. 5/5.

Nope. Nope. And nope. I walked in and there were about 6 gals standing around talking. I waited for someone to greet me as I got closer to the bar. Finally, one of them said something after I finished my courtesy countdown. First of all, it smells like old dirty grease in there and the customer service is horrible. Customers should be greeted with a “hello, welcome in” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” not 5 or six bittites staring at you like you're a science project and the glare of “we don’t serve your kind here” ??. I walked out from the horrible smell of grease and bad attitudes. Nope. And never again.

Sever was very friendly and accommodating to us. They also recommended menu items to us, and gave insight as to how big the portions sizes were. Food came out fairly quickly as well. Surprisingly good for airport food and the service was exceptional. Read a lot of reviews saying that this place wasn’t very good, but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Would recommend, but also, go anywhere at your own risk. 4.5/5

Same airport. Same restaurant. Same booth. Same waitress. Second chance. I ordered a "plain double bacon cheese with no extras... and repeated nothing healthy". When it arrived, it was burnt (as was the bacon) and slathered in a pickle-ridden sauce on both buns. The waitress was nowhere to be seen. When I found her and explained, Lori said, "You only said no veggies". OK. I didn't say that, pickles in my sauce ARE veggies, and that was a little edgy. But... I apologized. She took off, placed my order and was gone. My husband finished his meal and we sat for 20 minutes. The fries were cold, the shake was gone, and still no food. I finally went to the register and said, "I never rec'd my food". A different employee brought it over and said, "I'm not your waitress." I knew she wasn't... but she was the only one around. My food was dry and burnt (again). I ate about half. Forget it! You had your 2nd chance.

#free makes it extra tasty

I ordered my food for to-go. They made it, gave it to the wrong person, and I was there when it all happened too. So they had to run it again.The fires I ordered also looked like it was put together in a rush, since they were closing, and it looks nothing like the actual food.Not even an apology for being late on my order, nor was there a notice when it happened. They even gave my food as an extra to the same guy that took it, and all the time I was sitting there like I’m invisible.And I tipped 20%

As airport food goes, this place is terrible. Despite being basically free with a Priority Pass restaurant credit, I would not eat here again.Mushroom burger tasted like burned food though wasn’t burned. Onion rings smelled like rancid oil, which I could also smell from the counter when I paid. Milkshake was fine. I’ve had beers there before which were fine.A fryer full of rancid oil and a dirty grill: borderline reckless management by the concession-company operator, Delaware North.Service is inconsistent: sometimes friendly, rarely particularly attentive. There was trash on the table suggesting, they didn’t wipe it down. Lighting is unpleasant too.

It was a place to sit down and relax and do a little paperwork. I ordered a soda and a BLT with a side salad. The side salad was good. The BLT was really greasy and there was very little service. They just basically stood over by the counter and talked to each other and did not check back often.

When you go in, they tell you to sit wherever you want. My wife and I sat at the high top parallel and in front of the bar. There were at least 3 waitstaff and they ignored us for half an hour. Then a larger group (4 people) came in and one of the waitresses went to them immediately so we left. On the way out, the bartender tried to act concerned and get us to sit in his section but I wasn’t interested. 20 minutes earlier, another couple came in and sat near us and he helped them immediately. We went to the place at the other terminal. Within 3 minutes of seating ourselves the only person there, the bartender, came over and took our order. Her restaurant had just as many customers seated and she was also handing drink orders at the bar.

Ordered a beer and cola at the bar. Paid and sat at a table. Waitress seemed determined not to look in our direction so my husband went to the counter, ordered and paid. Unbelievably, she came after us as we walked to our gate, to make sure we paid!! Showed her the receipt for our sandwiches and she asked if we had paid for our drinks!! Food was great but she needs a different line of work!
