I actually went to The CraveYard, their daytime alter-ego. I ordered myself and my daughter the Mango YardBird Wings, with the side of plantains included. A drink as well. It was so good. I’m pregnant and my baby won’t allow me to eat anything. My baby, my 17 year old, and myself all agreed, it was amazing. Next I’ll be trying the oxtail bowl. Had hoped for live music at a Jazz bar, but there was a DJ instead, so 3 stars only reflects on the total experience. The place came recommended by a local, and it definitely had its share of regular patrons, and, while it wasn't a bad joint, it just wasn't what we had been looking for.
We went Sunday Valentine’s Day. We had the soul food which was Delicious. BBQ pig feet, fried chicken, collard greens and fried yams!!! The drink I had was delicious. The atmosphere and music was relaxing. We will definitely go back.
