We arrived at Kelley's on a chilly February, Saturday evening @ 6:15pm. Parking is convenient. This venue's look has an old-time charm with external stone, wrought-iron window framed windows with a large two-story presence. When we entered the back side to the left doorway, we came upon the host stand (no wait as we had expected!), and that is when I noticed lots and lots of dark WOOD everywhere (walls, flooring, enormous open stair case) and the lively bar room on the right with some dining. The host took us up the two flights of stairs - bold, heavy and well-worn wooden open steps (cool - very worn from foot traffic over time ) Our meals Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Riggies both accompanied with salad. The salad was fresh and our meals very hot.

Love love love this family restaurant! The Pierogies and beef dinner is amazing! Their chicken riggies are probably my favorite in the Syracuse area. The staff is always nice. Just a great vibe!

Awesome place with a great atmosphere and good food. Professional staff that knew what to do. They had a medical emergency when we were there and handled it professionally and kept themselves and the customers calm and like as if nothing was happening,. They helped the patron perfectly. The waitress was very attentive and removed empty cups and plates promptly. Drinks came out fast to our table. Will definitely return, great job staff!!
