The only ice-cream I can eat very fresh never had a problem but it is getting towed the end of summer so buyers be wear my husband just got food poisoning from there ice-cream he got a peanut butter Sunday so not sure what was bad the ice-cream or the wiped cream but he got really sick afterwards and is still sick

Also Do you monitor your prices also i order the same 2 things every time and they charg me different prices every other time And tell you the truth I have only seen you a couple of times I see kids there running the shop by themselves half the time they can't even get my husband order right they can't distinguish the difference between Reese cups from Reese pieces

All the soft serve flavors somehow taste the same. Not to mention the texture is never consistent. Sometimes it’s gritty, sometimes it’s way too soft. Gave this place multiple tries and tonight was my last try. And cash only? I get it’s a seasonal business but it’s an inconvenience.

Terrible experiences. The kid taking our order completely ditched us because his “friends” were at the other window. Kept telling the other workers not to charge his friends. So we waited patiently waited while 6 of his friends cut in front of us. Then we were charged double what we normally get charged.
We come here often but will not be back.

The BEST ice cream stand, in my Family’s opinion. Been coming here for years. My youngest is 34 years old and we can’t wait for the stand to open every season. Best Hot Fudge sundaes. Great customer service and the owner is a very nice gentleman.

My wife ordered a s’mores sundae it is listed on the menu with hot fudge, but she was given a sundae with chocolate syrup instead. My wife went to have them remake it, but they wouldn’t do it for her. So, I had to go up, and they still wouldn’t remake it according to the menu. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me a refund, but for whatever reason they wouldn’t do? They then, said they could remake the s’mores sundae with hot fudge (which is how it’s supposed to come anyway) but I would need to pay for it a second time? Finally after the third or fourth time back and forth with the manager (I’m assuming was about 18), she begrudgingly made it, and stubbornly saying “ok buddy” under her breath. All of the teenage employees were laughing as I was simply trying to get the sundae as it’s advertised…The manager said the menu outside is wrong as the menu they have inside tells them to make it with chocolate syrup. I know it’s a small thing, but after an experience like that for me and my wife we won’t ever be back. *Edit - This happened during the 2024 season*

On top of the best, freshest ice cream, they always have the best customer service and are pleasant and helpful. The place always looks cleaned and spotless. You will often see the owner right there with the employees pouring ice cream, or talking with and checking on customers. It seems each year they have new flavors or ice cream machines. But nothing beats their original 2berry twist. The best.

Always coming back for more. I am an addict LOL

Been going here since they were in old location with Hafeners and every year since they moved (more than 10, less than 20) it's gone down. I believe they have a new owner as well and I'm never going again.
