They forgot the biscuits. It's a part of the meal. Is no one checking the order as items go in the bag and a double check before giving it to the customer? KFC in general had demonstrated a problem with completing orders accurately.

I waited close to 10 mins waiting for my order to be taken and when I ask about it I was told I had to use the kiosk but there was a lady just walking around doing nothing. This is the worst kfc I have ever been to and I will never go back or refer anyone there

This is the slowest service I have ever experienced. I only ordered fries and that alone took 50 minutes. Please hire more people. They’re obviously isn’t enough people to sustain the amount of work they have to do.

This is for delivery. I only receive 4 out of 7 items I order. I called them back and woman on the phone was so disrespectful yelling at me saying they wont entertain things like this.

This is the worse KFC in America not the city or state, the employees argue with the customers as if they're at home talking to their friends, they never get your order right. If you go in the inside you have to use the kiosk which is okay but they leave you standing there. Waiting for your food for 45 minutes. It's a shame this Kentucky fried Chicken has been on Salina Street ever since I can remember and that got to be at least over 60 years management needs to do something.
great had Mike's famous honey chicken but you have to and the hot sauce . it was okay
