Poor service; they get orders mixed up and seem more focused on delivery orders than on customers in the store. They need to provide more training for their employees so they can deliver better service.

Got here at ten ten and nothing is open.Even though it says they're supposed to open at ten called, and they said it was going to be another thirty to forty five minutes before they were open.So no service, as they are an hourly opening

I ordered the chicken to be extra crispy.. I received original recipe. I ordered plates, those were not received. How difficult is it to fulfill an order? Staff needs to read the order carefully and fulfill it accurately

I was craving KFC and a promo popped up on my phone. The nearest location is over a mile away. I decided to order via the app to get the promo. It wouldn't work. Tried multiple times and tried to chat with a representative on the app but they kept disconnecting. I finally went to the restaurant. Amazingly when I walked in the order via the app worked, but it told me it would take 30 minutes. I then met the sweetest server I've ever met (I've worked in the service industry for 27 years) who asked if that was online order and was on top of it immediately. She was an African American woman wearing a gray tee shirt. I can't claim to know her name but it definitely began with the letter L. Rhymed with Lagunitas. She told me she works Tuesdays to Thursday and does not work weekend nights. Whoever is in charge of this place, this employee is GOLD. You do whatever you can to keep her because she knows how to take care of business. She knew how to handle every little thing and get the white boy on his way. I wish there had been an option to tip because I would have. I will definitely go back on the days she is working because she is amazing at her job. Please make sure that she sees how much I appreciated her service!

Food is always good . I take 3 grandsons age 4,8 and 10 there. Its a nice break from mcdonalds I get them each a fillup its 7 bucks comparable to any fast food

I ordered on uber eats and they took about 1 and 5 people cancel when they got there and last person said it was stolen and it was just 1 order instead of the 2 combos it was bogo deal and i recommended not eating here and seeing the other reviews this restaurant seems super bad
