Food was ok but staff at this location are rude and rush you through your order. He would not let me order any more than three tonders because I did not want to get the full meal and did not offer any sauces or include any sauces for the tenders. Won't be going back there again.

Upon walking in, sounds like a 90's club. And I don't mean good music, good and LOUD music. People were leaving as they needed to hear phone calls.

After I got my food, I asked for more napkins, and all but got yelled at saying they already provided a few napkins. The dispenser by the soda is empty. They threw several wet wipes at me, and stormed off. Food is fine. Service... Eh.

Avoid the drive-thru at this location at all costs, Stopped at this KFC around 11:40am. The place wasn’t busy at all, I was the only car in line. After ordering, they asked me to pull ahead, but service was brutally slow. I ended up waiting about 9 minutes, backed up, and sat there until they eventually asked me to pull forward again.. They ended up putting another car who had to get a parking spot - Don't know if I'm being impatient but 15 minutes for a drive-thru that just seems like a lot.

I recently redeemed my complimentary bucket of chicken, but unfortunately, I had to pay fifteen dollars to do so. Consequently, I acquired another bucket. I collected it around 3 p.m., and regrettably, the chicken did not taste as expected, leading me to believe the oil might have been old. I am unsure if KFC intended to encourage a return visit, but in this instance, they did not succeed. I kindly request an improvement in the future.

It bothers me that as big as a food chain as they are they have the smallest pieces of chicken. The staff is playing and joking with one another instead of getting my food in a timely manner
