Me being a buisness owner tried so many times to give this place a chance !! I'm do done. 30 min to wait outside for 3 tenders !! Go in and they say oh sorry we forgot about you and bumped your order off the screen. Not to mention barley any one in line !! People that work there are to busy being on they phones . You want more pay but work like trash !! Please just close down all of your locations . All are trash service and food !! I wish I could post the Pic of my tenders I got too lol

Erica Was amazing person. When she working are food is hot and it always good vibes. I believe that her name. Her name is on the door. She did the best job her crew is always happy I went in yesterday i over herd the other one who work last night is rude always bad experience I go to college. but the one I think is the most best at her job is hold on my husband took a picture of the door she is the best person you guy s have worked there. The only one who actually did they job the last couple time I been there is Erica zubrowski. She always has it in a good sperit. Good vibes. My food is always hot and everything is always there the first time. But the other woman just sit in a chair trash talk Erica. That not job like. Yesterday my food was cold nasty all over. The place had a lot of attion the manger or who ever just sit around. So I will not be coming back unless Erica is working is the only way I’ll be spending money there is if she working. Yesterday bad experience. Every time Erica not there. It bad. So when Erica work every work. But when Erica is not there the other lady who would not give me her name. They sit around. Thank you Erica for always making sure it hot good me my buddy s love it. Keep it up

This KFC is one of the best ones I've been to. The staff is efficient, the restaurant is clean, and I can honestly say I've never had someone so nice help me out. Stretch waited on me, and had the best energy of anyone I've had wait on me in a long time. Thank you all for doing a great job!

I'd avoid this place. They don't even know how to put the correct pieces of chicken in the boxes. You pay for 1 thing and get home and it's something completely different. If you go to this place, open your boxes at the window and check and make sure you actually got what you paid for
IDK why I gave it another shot. Figured it was a random occurrence, this time tho? No chicken whatsoever in the famous bowl..... And they aren't answering the phone so I can make a note of it smh. What a joke
I recently went to KFC and got some strips that didn't taste right, possibly because of bad oil. I went back to the store for a refund and received store credit.
When I returned the next day, the manager, Erika, was incredibly polite and understanding. She listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. Her kindness really stood out. Thanks to Erika's excellent service, we'll definitely be coming back the next time we are in town. She turned a negative experience into a positive one, and we truly appreciate it!

Total D-bags! Blood sugar mid 40's. Told drive closed. Got Dad with A/Alzheimer's in the car can't leave him. Pulling out starting to go in and out. Back up by building to think what to do. Lady yells out window to move. I pull up a few feet I'm not blocking anyone. She call cops. She's been yelling all kinds of obscenities! WTH KFC? I get my medical problems are your concern, I hadn't been there for 10 minutes. You have the police trespass me!
