Very slow. Probably waited 20 min. Probably not the workers falt there were only 2 of them. Standard. Nothing exciting.

Food had hair in it. I usually like this place but today was not it. Chicken looked old and my Mac and cheese had hair in it.

The chicken just has no taste , like it’s just taken out the bag and thrown in flour,
but a bunch of breading, the mash potatoes delicious and the nee pastries also delicious.

Both times I've been there I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. Fries and mac and cheese tasted like they've been sitting there for a while! Won't be going back.

mashed potatoes were good but there was corn in them which icked me out a little bit and made me wonder how that happens and if they’re being sanitary

If there was a word worse than “disgusting,” it would be the only way to describe the meal we had today at KFC in Camillus.

We ordered a 2-piece combo meal, and everything about it was awful. The chicken was extremely dry, burnt, and dark—it tasted like it had been fried in old, overused oil that hasn’t been changed in months. The smell alone was off-putting and made the meal hard to even look at, let alone eat.

The mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were just as bad—bland, mushy, and honestly inedible. We were shocked at how low the quality was, especially coming from a national brand known for fried chicken.

This was by far the worst fast food experience we’ve had in a long time. KFC really needs to check the standards at this location—because this is not acceptable.

The night staff is always trying to close early, even an hour+ before closing time on several occasions I’ve received attitude and been told about how annoying it will be for them to have to turn the stove back on or heat up oil again and how they’re out of almost everything. I also tried ordering on the app two hours before closing for a pick up one hour away from the time that I ordered it and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that I would have to wait because they don’t have food ready and they’re gonna have to turn things back onto to cook it and asked if I was willing to wait 20 minutes or if I didn’t want the food, Trying to convince me to cancel the order so they don’t have to cook anything. I thought ordering an hour in advance would give them enough time to be prepared to cook the food, but apparently not I’m currently having to sit and wait for them to prepare food while receiving attitude about how annoying it is for them to turn things back on even though the food was ordered an hour ago for pick up at this time. This will be my last attempt at getting KFC from this location.

Do they want customers? No, I know they're teens, but it doesn't have to be this awful? I'm not blaming this on the young employees, it is corporate. I too, worked as a teen, but I already knew the value of good service. As a manager, I pounded happy customers into the heads of my team; language, or ability to pay was always ignored, we accommodated our customers, and anticipated their needs.

Yes, a teen can do this, but KFC corporate doesn't care.

Order fries, and they'll need to grow the potato, cut it into pieces, then cook it. 2 of us were there, today, and had to wait too long for a human to take our orders, ridiculous. 5 Guys is across the street.
