The night staff is always trying to close early, even an hour+ before closing time on several occasions I’ve received attitude and been told about how annoying it will be for them to have to turn the stove back on or heat up oil again and how they’re out of almost everything. I also tried ordering on the app two hours before closing for a pick up one hour away from the time that I ordered it and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that I would have to wait because they don’t have food ready and they’re gonna have to turn things back onto to cook it and asked if I was willing to wait 20 minutes or if I didn’t want the food, Trying to convince me to cancel the order so they don’t have to cook anything. I thought ordering an hour in advance would give them enough time to be prepared to cook the food, but apparently not I’m currently having to sit and wait for them to prepare food while receiving attitude about how annoying it is for them to turn things back on even though the food was ordered an hour ago for pick up at this time. This will be my last attempt at getting KFC from this location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich PLAIN received it regularly made, and they claim they do not to two orders in drive thru and made every car in front of me and behind me pull in a parking spot to “help the times” they said

Do they want customers? No, I know they're teens, but it doesn't have to be this awful? I'm not blaming this on the young employees, it is corporate. I too, worked as a teen, but I already knew the value of good service. As a manager, I pounded happy customers into the heads of my team; language, or ability to pay was always ignored, we accommodated our customers, and anticipated their needs.
Yes, a teen can do this, but KFC corporate doesn't care.
Order fries, and they'll need to grow the potato, cut it into pieces, then cook it. 2 of us were there, today, and had to wait too long for a human to take our orders, ridiculous. 5 Guys is across the street.

Very rude and disrespectful I understand if your corporation doesn’t remove something from the website but when someone orders it you try and replace it which is fine. But all I did was ask a question about why I didn’t get what I ordered and you just hang up the first time. Then I call back and you guys say is it’s not are fault how about when I got to the drive three you just told the truth. Instead of me getting home and finding out smh

We were the only customers inside, ordered food after being ignored by the teenager cashier who was busy on her airpods breaking down a box for 5 minutes. Ordered a simple fairly common item (5 pc tender meal) and a sandwich. Waited 20 minutes and when i finally went up and stated we had been waiting for 20 minutes the reaponse from the manager was “thats not possible”. I held up the receipt and said the time we ordered verses the current time which was exactly 21 minutes. Food was chewy and over cooked. I understand when things are crazy and mistakes or inventory for certain options is limited but this was a joke and will not be returning to the worst KFC i have ever experienced first hand.

This place needs to be CLOSED down! The orginal recipe chicken was old and blatantly refried again! My entire family ended up with food poisoning! Next call is to NYS health dept. and Onondaga county dept of health! This place is DISGUSTING! Who refries their chicken!

4/17/24 last night I went into the camillus kfc and the people working were amazing all very professional and the chicken was amazing it wasn’t greasy and didn’t taste like it was a day old like it has in the past it was fresh and tasted amazing the manager was a total sweetheart I mean with the new deal that is going on with $10 deal
