Went here on a whim for my boyfriends birthday, got surprised that we got $10.99 off his entree because it was his birthday! Our server was Teri, she was AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about her. Greeted our table quick, got our drinks, appetizer and meals all in one swoop how we like it. Even gave my boyfriend a smaller pitcher of his soda because he asked for two glasses at once. Food was great for the price. Glad we decided to try Kirby’s tonight on a whim, will definitely be back soon!
The meal was so good. We got the barbecue platter and it was so great. The waitress was very friendly and fast and we never had to ask for anything she came over. I would definitely will definitely go back there for the barbecue.
Food is decent, not great. Service could be better, but is also decent. Overall an ok place to eat. Just your average restaurant.
Ordered rack of ribs and they were done to perfection, fall off the bone, sauce was baked on nicely and the price was very reasonable.. Can't find ribs as good anywhere else
Great food and service as usual. My favorite place to eat in Syracuse! Love this place!
They were very busy but the food didn't seem fresh. The fries were lukewarm and not crisp at all. My food seemed to have been cooked ahead and sat under a heat lamp. Overall not terrible but not great.
Food and service is always great. Pricing is little higher than it should be and menu selection is limited, but still strongly recommended.
Treated my husband for his birthday on Valentine’s Day. It's been awhile since we ate here (pre-pandemic), but the wait staff was friendly and food was still delicious. As usual, Husband had his double rack of ribs, and I had the seafood platter.
Really old school. Food was okay. Service was okay. It was clean from what I could see (it's super dark in there).Update: We went again with friends and it was better than last time. Still old school. It feels like a hotel restaurant in a higher priced hotel. But the service was really good this time. I had the Reuben. It was okay. The bathrooms were kind of filthy. It looked like they need a good deep cleaning. White film on all the walls and streaks (soap?) on everything. Generally felt dirty. The restaurant was clean though. Prices were okay.
Haven't try the food yet but the menu looks good

A tad bit overpriced, and the service was decent. Not too shabby. 3½/5
Food and service was great at an affordable price. Something for everyone on the menu.
Went here on Father’s Day and had a bad experience, came back in October and nothing changed. Everything was cold, the meat was lukewarm. The steak was terrible quality and not cooked right (asked for medium well, the picture was what I got). The fries were cold and super greasy, you could literally squeeze them out. Stone cold scallops. Flat soda that was FILLED with ice. The server was horrible. She clearly couldn’t count; gave us wrong amount of straws and bread plates. Never gave us more bread, practically screamed in your ear when talking, and kept touching my sisters shoulder. She was very invasive. No napkins, no ketchup. This place was good in the 80s but is so low class now. STAY AWAY!
Took forever for a waitress to come over. Then she takes our dinner order and I had to mention drinks. My wife ordered a Pepsi. I order a Jack and Coke. My wife's drink comes and mine does not. Waitress say they don't have Jack, so I ask for Jim Beam and Coke. Our apps come out and I still have no drink. I went to the bar to get my drink and the bartender say that your. It was a shot of Jim Beam. I got up and left.
Food was ok , service wasn't the greatest. Not very attentive servers, they were nice just a long wait.
