I met the owner, and he was awesome! The food was good, and the kofta burger was especially delicious.

After the NY State Fair, my husband and I stopped at Kofta Burger in Syracuse—and we’re so glad we did. Dullah, who was working that evening, greeted us warmly and gave great menu recommendations. We both had the kofta burger with potato wedges, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, and the wedges were crispy and delicious. Dullah’s attention to detail and friendly service made it a truly 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor. If you live or work downtown, try a burger or wrap at Kofta. Absolutely one of the best burgers in Syracuse! The flavors are unique and delicious & the burgers are cooked perfectly. The chicken tenders are mildly spiced and whole chicken breast, not the cheap rubbery stuff found elsewhere. The wedge fries are gigantic and fresh!

We had experienced Jullen’s unique, delicious burgers at his prior location, so it was a delight to happen upon his downtown location tonight. The Kofta Burger and fries did not disappoint; they were even better than I remembered.
The highlight though was talking with Jullen. He stayed at the counter talking with us even when we far surpassed the normal amount of time a customer should talk with a restaurant owner who’s at work. He’s an interesting, relatable, friendly host who knows how to make people feel comfortable and valued.
Come in and get to know him and his food; you’ll be the richer for it.

Just a lovely spot to get the great mix of burgers and middle eastern flavors. Jullen (owner/operator) is a fantastic guy who provides great food (and conversation!). My wife and I got two burgers, a Kofta Burger and a Pomegranate BBQ burger. I will be back next time for the gochujang burger! The fries (potato wedges really) are awesome. Big, hot, and seasoned amazingly!

I am such a critic of burgers and these burgers were impossible to criticize!
It gives you exactly what a burger should give the juiciness and the freshness! And goes along to differentiate from other burgers with a special seasoning!
The vibes also vibe, love the artsy walls!
Overall best burger in town so far!

Today i went to there restaurant they were nice but their food was cold and and it was really expensive for a burger and their sauce was really not good even my kids didn't like it we tried five different types of burgers and it wasn't good and the experience and the store was good but the food wasn't really good and I'm never gonna try it again thank you for your understanding
If I ate here everyday it probably wouldnt be smart but at the same time I like the food bahaha

The best burger in Cuse! The Greek Smashburger is seasoned and cooked to perfection. I got the lamb pita pocket this time and it too is delicious. If you need a new place to add to your regular rotation, Kofta Burger is it!

I've had the Za'atar wedges numerous times before, but this evening was my first time visiting this establishment. Very nice, spacious dining area amd the staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The quality of the food is exceptional, and this is a great location to dine during lunch in the downtown area or an early dinner before an event at the Landmark. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting the downtown area should skip the tourist traps and try this restaurant.
