My burger was overcooked, and in the garlic chicken dish, the meat itself was burnt to the point of losing its color. We raised the issue, and the chicken was replaced, which we appreciated. I also want to point out that consuming burnt or overly charred meat poses certain health risks.

If you are ever in the downtown Syracuse area, Kofta Burger is a must! Their food is always flavorful and fresh and the customer service makes it that much better. This is one of my favorite places to eat in the Syracuse area.

I'm in town for work and decided to give these guys a shot. Glad I did. Laid back atmosphere, great service, and burger/fries were hot and ready in record time! I was very hungry after working on the job site all day in the freezing cold and ordered their garlic Caesar salad, and 2 burger meals for dine in. I got the Greek smash and the gochujang smash. All of it was phenomenal. It was easy to tell all of the ingredients were fresh and they take pride in what they do. I felt excellent afterwards too. 5*

So damn good! The flavors in these burgers are so wonderful. When I’m missing the LES this is my home away from home. Got the toasty tahini and it was served with perfectly seasoned potato wedges and the lamb pita nachos truly delicious.

Got a Kofta burger today. Absolutely unbelievable! If I could eat only one thing forever it would be this! Toppings were all diced up so they didn’t squish out on end. Garlic sauce and spices were unique and very tasty! Can’t wait to go back!!

After the NY State Fair, my husband and I stopped at Kofta Burger in Syracuse—and we’re so glad we did. Dullah, who was working that evening, greeted us warmly and gave great menu recommendations. We both had the kofta burger with potato wedges, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, and the wedges were crispy and delicious. Dullah’s attention to detail and friendly service made it a truly 5 star experience. Highly recommend!
