If you are looking for a terrific Burger in downtown Syracuse, this is the place for you. The best burger in town. The hot dogs are fantastic. The Reuben is huge and delicious. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is impeccably clean I would highly recommend this establishment.

Waste of time. One person taking orders and one person making food. I waited in line for five minutes only to find out they don't have Chicago dogs today. Just as well. Of the ten or so tables of people sitting in the dining room, only two had food. Very disappointed.

Ordered chicken philly. It seemed like it had quite high quality meats. Instead of low quality meat strips you usually find in a philly, it was freshly cooked chicken breast. Something you are more likely to make at home. Just think it needed a little more flavor from spices though. Was a little bland to me. Quality is there, but may need to work on flavor a bit imo. Good place though. Staff is nice too. Will try something else next time.

I have been a regular since moving to the area a couple of years ago! Staff is always super friendly and the food is always great. The sausages, shaved steak sandwich (Philly cheesesteak), made from scratch chicken strips, burgers and great steak are all worth trying.Recently they added a coffee bar that also serves fresh made crepes and now they have really stepped up their menu!I plan to work my way through all the new items, truffled chicken, pan roasted salmon, banh mi, gyro, teriyaki lettuce wraps, and more. I'm starting tonight with poutine. It listed as a starter and there's plenty to share if you really have too.New tables and table service completes the changes.

We had a chicken philly wrap along with the shaved steak wrap. Both fresh meat with a good portion of meat vs veggies. Also got the appetizer platter with fries (hand cut fresh) perogies, chicken tenders (beautifully breaded and fried to perfection) and fresh fried mozzarella balls (definitely fresh cheese)...

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich. This was the second time. Loved it the first time. But this time I got a stale roll and undercooked chicken. The chicken was stringy. Awful. But they have the best homemade fries.

I've only been going to this restaurant for a few weeks now, but I'm glad I did. Today, I had the "Burger of the Week," which had American Cheese & Bacon, and was skirted with Cheddar Cheese. If you're trying to annoy your cardiologist, or just enjoy a really good burger, then get this one. For some reason, though, it took a long time for the burger to come out, and the manager just took it off my bill. I wasn't even concerned about the time, but I'm also not going to look a gift burger in the mouth. Enjoy!
