Little Caesars in Syracuse

“Went to pick up a door dash order. The staff was very helpful. Their warming machine to hold the food for pickups wasn't working to put codes in the get the food. I had to wait to get my order to deliver, which was a little irritating. Took longer than it should. They only had a few people working, tho so that could have been the issue. It was very busy when I went there. If the machine codes worked to get the food out, it would have been way quicker, im sure.“

“9 times out of 10 the food is good. When I order something other then just regular pepperoni and cheese they make it fresh and it's almost always perfect the one time I got just a pep and a cheese they gave me 2 cheese which I didn't realize until I got home and one was under cooked. The staff seem always distracted and overwhelmed. Though It's been very busy every time I go in to get dinner“
