Went to pick up a door dash order. The staff was very helpful. Their warming machine to hold the food for pickups wasn't working to put codes in the get the food. I had to wait to get my order to deliver, which was a little irritating. Took longer than it should. They only had a few people working, tho so that could have been the issue. It was very busy when I went there. If the machine codes worked to get the food out, it would have been way quicker, im sure.

Ghetto Caesers... The only thing hot and ready to go, is one's patience, WAITING, for your order to be made and baked, hoping it's edible. Last time we ordered, the dough was old so the crust was bland, thin and not totally done.

This location gets a lot of heat because they are actually very busy the majority of the time.At one point it was a Thursday night and there was a line out the door and a full parking lot full of angry people.However, as a person doing deliveries, all of my orders were very prompt on time and fast.I highly recommend if you're going to order from this location you either door dash or order ahead online so that the pizza portal has your order hot and ready. Waiting for you and you don't have to deal with any hoopla. Even when the location is a very very busy, the staff always stays so positive and kind

The pizza and sides were as expected from Little Caesar's, though.Location seems to suffer from the mentality that this is what one is to expect from a Little Caesar's in "this part" of Syracuse, which is rather sad.
