Great location,but today’s order below average hard as if they reheated it after a no show pizza was as crunchy as chicken.

I was really excited because I actually love little caesars lol and the next closest location is literally not even worth going to anymore it’s gone so down hill.. so I was excited to come here and I got the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was clearly sitting for hours. Literally not even hot and it was hard …I love the hot and ready concept so I know it didn’t just come out of the oven but for a new location you should be doing better. The employee was nice so already better than the other spot but they were disorganized and I’m so disappointed ☹️ I’ll try again though…

The staff in the FOH would rather talk to each other while customers wait to order and BOH went between touching their phones to touching prepared food with out hand washing or glove exchanges, health code violation right off the bat. Online order took nearly 40 minutes for 2 items, one of which was done for over 20 minutes and sat on the counter and not in a heater, dropping it below safe temperature for who knows how long. That is now two health code and food safety violations. Nothing like one item hot and fresh and the other cold while getting attitude from a staff that clearly doesn't want to be there or trained in proper food handling.
Gave it it's chance, never again. Time to watch this location fail just like the previous one in Camillus did as well with health code violations, poor quality, and horrible service. I am not expecting 5 star steak house service at a Little Caesars but I do expect safe food handling and no attitude from a staff that is paid to be there.

The staff was wonderful! The food was great and everything was so clean! Quick, easy, convenient and delicious. So glad Little Ceasars is back in Camillus!

Placed an order on the app, I got there a little early and waited a while but it was clear they were still getting things up and running and operations figured out. I will say it was the best Little Caesars pizza I've had and I have ordered from several other stores around Syracuse. It could just be that it just opened but as far as chain pizza it was pretty good and very good compared to other Little Caesars so hopefully the quality stays consistent.

I went to this Little Caesar’s on OPENING DAY! The corporate manager that was in charge of opening up the store, reaked of hard liquor. I went in around 11:02 and I wasn’t greeted or even looked at. The intoxicated white male in his 50’s who was in charge, was completely overwhelmed and behind schedule. I was finally able to place my order for 1 cheese pizza and his response? “Ok”. No movement or communication whatsoever, he just said OK and kept doing what he was doing. When I had the nerve to ask if their “hot and ready” pizzas were ready, I was met by a surly drunk attitude and a response that was not shocking at all. “We have to make them”. Needless to say I walked out of there empty handed at 11:10. Likely because the leader and man in charge was so clearly drunk, he wasn’t able to coordinate to the best of his abilities. I would guess this business will be run the same way until it inevitably goes out of business in 18 months.
Instead of calling corporate immediately and telling them their employee was intoxicated, I decided to leave this review in the hopes that karma will get that drunk man. If the driving doesn’t first.
