This place has a lot of potential. Waitress was understandably overwhelmed and needed some backup. Even just a busser. If your logo is a burger, you should not be serving frozen patties. Not true smash burgers. Delicious flavors overall but the burger patties were disappointing.

Had a hard time finding the place because the picture on google is of a completely different building for some reason. The lady at the bar said to pick a table, as the 3 people I was with took a seat, I asked her where the washrooms are and she impatiently motioned to the rear. When I returned to the table my husband said the lady literally tossed the menus on the table and walked away. Having not yet ordered anything, we just got up and left. Up to that moment, all we had come across in our road trip through NY is polite, welcoming, friendly people. This was a bit off-putting. Ended up eating at Chili's, which was pretty tasty.

We ate in the chill outdoor patio. Staff were communicative and charming, food was great. Nice to have everything with meat and not meat options!
Vegetarian options: They've got all the menu items in vegan with a default gluten free buns for them, but it was no problem to sub wheat buns and conventional cheese for a non-celiac vegetarian.

The food was good and well made. Waitres was exasperated especially if you asked questions about menu . It was the first time I was there. No patience at all and she was young.
Just ordered through Door Dash and I used to LOVE the Loded burgers and was excited to get one again. $16 for a burger with rotten cooked lettuce. My girlfriend's vegan burger only had sauce on it, none of the other toppings it was supposed to come with. I think I saw one single sprout. I won't blame Loded for the bad experience with the delivery but the food was atrocious for the price. Will not be supporting them again or Door Dash.

Went to dinner with family and was underwhelmed. The service was great. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly and really helped us decide what we wanted to order. The menu was kind of lackluster. The milkshakes, as advertised, were delicious, but the mac n cheese bowl ordered was just okay and it seemed to be the consensus with the rest of the table, who all ordered different meals. I’m sure it is someone’s cup of tea, but I wasn’t impressed.
