A quick 10 minute jernt off of 90 will bring you to this FANTASTIC gem of a burger spot. Loved everything about the burger, and wish i coulda tried the other crazy options they have. Also, I grabbed a 6 piece nuggy since I had another 7 hours to drive and BAM! Those were top notch! One of a kind spot.HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

The only issue I had was about a customer. I’m sure she’ll write a review. She came in all snooty and rotten, and was disgusted that they didn’t have her food in stock. Therefore she complained the whole time. The world CLEARLY revolves around her, cause what were they supposed to do, go buy the ingredients for her? No. That’s unrealistic. Other than that the workers were amazing, and all very kind, and the food was scrumptious. Highly recommend!

Food was fantastic! However there is literally no “service” because you are forced to scan a QR code to be able to order. Hard to do when the phone service inside is spotty. By the time we ordered we were frustrated enough watching everyone in there glued to their phones with little social interaction. Then only 2 out 3 meals arrived and two of us finished eating before the last meal was served. Somehow an additional meal was charged to our bill and a tip was automatically added and we had paid for all of it before we were served. There was only one server working so we weren’t surprised that we weren’t greeted, no one asked us how our food was or checked on us and no thank you or goodbye when we left. A great place if you are a complete introvert!

Went for an eat-in dinner with a group of friends. Not a fan of ordering through a QR code, mostly because the menu isn’t organized the best. The vegan menu items weren’t grouped together, which made it difficult to look at all the vegan options as you have to scroll past other items to find the vegan ones. There were also 2 listings for each item, one for small and one for large, rather than each menu item having a listing with the ability to select small or large, making the menu crowded and long to look through.We got our drinks immediately and the milkshakes came about 25 minutes after ordering which we thought strange, as they melted by the time we got all of our food. At around 50 minutes after ordering we received half of our food, leaving some people at the table with no food while others had their meals. A few people at the table had almost finished their meals by the time the other people at the table got any of their food, an hour after ordering. We noticed multiple other tables who came in after us, getting their food before everyone at our table got their food. We asked our server about the food being late and she said they were just busy, the restaurant wasn’t full when we were waiting so I’m assuming they get a fair share of online orders. We understand a restaurant being busy but serving half the table, an hour after ordering, at what should be a fast casual restaurant didn’t make for the best experience.I know this location is new and likely working out the kinks. The positive is that the food is amazing, everything we received was delicious and everyone was so happy to get such great food after such a long wait. The food being great helps the wait not leave such a bad impression but, as we used to frequent the old location where the only ordering method was counter service, we didn’t anticipate spending such a long time at the restaurant and it did disrupt our plans for the rest of the night.Overall great concept and food, not the best service. Hope the kinks get worked out soon and Loded could be a nearly perfect place. Would love to see some vegan Loded shakes in the future!

Very welcoming atmosphere and clean. Not a long wait time. The best burger joint in the Syracuse area. Haven't tasted a burger so delicious, juicy and well seasoned in a long time. The burger bun is amazing. I was passing by this Burger spot in the Westcott neighborhood and I was curious to try it. One burger is very fulfilling. Two thumbs up for me. Thank you for a good eating experience.Parking: Lots of street parking.
This LODED restaurant is on Westcott St. in Syracuse, NY.My name is Lou. I totally believe this is the best burger joint ever. It's definitely worth the $$$.The first one I visited was on Thompson Ave, but unfortunately it's gone.I hope this one on Westcott stays.Dietary restrictions: Be careful! I don't think the Bull-Go-Gi is for someone watching their weight. Maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't concern me!
