I had so much fun here with my friend! We visited the cats and got bubble tea together. The staff were very friendly, as were the cats. The only thing I was disappointed with was the bubble tea. I am very familiar with boba tea drinks and love them! The tapioca was over bloomed and appeared to have been bloomed in water alone, making them mushy and flavorless. Most bubble tea places keep them somewhat firm in the bloom time, and make sure the water is sweetened with syrup before hand so that they taste yummy. I ordered a black milk tea with brown sugar syrup. To my knowledge there was no syrup, and the black milk tea was just plain milk as far as I could tell. Basically no tea flavor just milk, and the color was plain white as well. Despite the not so great drinks, we had a lovely time. I would still recommend it to a friend, but tell them that boba tea is not their specialty.

Another cool cat cafe in Syracuse. Enjoy a bowl of Ramen in the dining area and then hangout with adorable cats. One of my favorite places in general now.Parking: There's a parking lot next to the building but I wasn't sure at the time if I could park there. Says reserved for residents. There was street parking a little bit down the street from the location though.

Luna Cafe is such an amazing place… all that cats are so cute and the workers and volunteers are incredible! All their cats come from the cat coalition and are for adoption, even if you’re not able to adopt you can still go in and spend time and play with the kitties! They also have great drinks and food! 1,000/10 recommend!!

Do not eat here. Ordered a tea and waited almost an hour. Then they gave me the wrong tea and refused to take it back lol. I went to drink the one they gave me and there was a sharp piece of plastic in my first sip . Could have cut my throat. Wanted to try bubble tea and felt like i walked into my death bed .

The drinks were great, cat room was extremely dirty and had a strong odor.
Had a wonderful first visit! We only had a single coffee (which was yummy), but spent a bunch of time in the cat room. Prices are reasonable and the set up in the room was lovely! The cats are friendly and there's plenty of places to sit. Tons of toys to play with, different items to read, and overall it's just a great atmosphere. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our hour for longer time because we couldn't stand to leave yet. :) We've already been talking about going back.

First time here today, and I loved it!! Everything was so cuteeee! A wonderful menu with some vegan options! The cats were great, I wanted to take them all home lol. Super nice service also! I will definitely be returning. My only critique is the fluorescent / bright overhead lights, would love to have it taken down just a notch. But overall a great experience! ❤️
