Spent a FANTASTIC evening with friends at Luna Loca. Everyone LOVED the food and drinks. Our server Quinn was great. See pictures of the delicious food. Highly recommended!!

Such a nice little spot. These are the places that make me happy to see Syracuse get. We deserve nice places to eat, drink and hangout. I hope that Luna Loca sticks around because it's an awesome addition to downtown Syracuse.

I love Luna Loca! The service is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. The building is historic and is absolutely stunning. There is not a restaurant in Syracuse that is as beautiful as this one. The menu contains items that everyone would like and would be perfect for groups or a date night. I highly recommend it!

My family and I stopped in for brunch to continue celebrating my triplet boys 5 year old birthday. The atmosphere, the service, the food, the entire experience was lovely. Sarah, our server, was excellent with a great personality and timeliness at our table. We started with chips and a salsa trio, ordered the churro French toast, huevos rancheros (used a chipotle crema instead of the regular) chorizo hash, and finished with fried ice cream. All of it was absolutely delicious!Blew my expectations out of the water! Way to go Luna Loca!

Went here for lunch with a colleague, a fellow Realtor. We both had a break in the day and wanted to try a new place. Decided on Mexican food and neither of us have been here so it was a great choice. Ordered ceviche appetizer, carnitas tacos which now come with a side of fries. I love shrimp ceviche so I felt I wanted a bigger portion of this and a little bit more flavor or kick. The chips and salsa are always a great appetizer while waiting for food. The tacos are large portions and I love all kinds of fries so really happy that’s part of all their dishes on their new menu! We sat outside on a nice sunny day. Next time will try sitting inside for a change of scenery and different appetizers !

Terrible service! And we were there at 1:00 for lunch when it wasn’t crowded.

Very good food and the service was fast and friendly. There still working out the bugs of a new restaurant but they did just great. Very interesting setting with a good selection.

1st time at Luna Loca and overall it was good. Unfortunately good isn't all that exciting so let me explain. The restaurant itself is very nice, well lit with plenty of comfortable seating. We were greeted quickly with smiling service and we're offered seat of choice as it wasn't overly busy. Our server was wonderful!! We appreciated the welcome, her energy, her helpfulness and full service and catering to our needs. Chips and Salsa were standard and fresh. The drinks, Luna Lime, fell short with little punch of any flavor. The appetizer, Southwest egg rolls were fantastic!!! Definitely a must. Dinner... Carnitas burrito and Chicken Luna bowl were ok to good but again lacked flavor. I think the struggle is that the food is good but I've had much better Mexican at many different places. We definitely want to try again though and see how they develop going forward.

I was so excited to try this place. It was pretty disappointing. I ordered the shrimp bowl and the shrimp were very mushy, the rice had no taste, it was supposed to be cilantro lime. The dish description mentioned corn and radishes, those were missing from my plate.. The only saving grace was the margarita.

Location and the decor was great. Felt really comfy and cool. The chicken tacos were so good! The margarita wasn't too good, but the ambiance was very nice.

Excellent food and service. One of the best brunches we have enjoyed in a long time. I enjoyed the street corn avocado toast with poached eggs and the eggs were perfect! Everyone at the table was pleased with their food. We will be back

I’m glad I didn’t look at the few bad reviews before I went because it would have deterred me, I’m honestly surprised at them because we had such a great experience. We went on a Wednesday night, and everything was absolutely amazing! The drinks, the atmosphere, the staff, and the food! I tried mine & my wife’s dinner and both were really good. We also got the egg roll app to start, please try if you go! The fried ice cream is not something I would normally get, but it’s one of my new favorite desserts now. I think everyone should give a restaurant two chances before leaving a one star review, especially a new one that is still working out the kinks. Don’t go in expecting The Mission because it’s not the same, and shouldn’t be. Thank you again for a great dinner & good service!

Amazing lunch! Took everything the prior longstanding tenant did and made it better I every aspect.
