If you are looking for some good Vietnamese food here, I'd definitely recommend you try this place out. It's in the food hall at Salt city. I had the bun thit nuong (aka cold rice noodle bowl with grilled pork) and their Vietnamese iced coffee. The bowl was refreshing and flavorful. The ice coffee is delicious, and yes they use cafe de monde coffee.
The pho they serve here on Fridays is the absolute best noodle soup you can get in the Syracuse area. Hands down. The broth is incredible. The noodles are cooked to perfection. The meat is delectable. Plus, the people working there are delightful.
I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely one of the heavy hitters in the Salt City Market.

Delicious food! The staff was super friendly and they were very accommodating of my food allergies, which I appreciate! The food was ready super quick as well. Enjoyed everything I got.
