I had a vegan burrito and a margarita and both were delicious. We were seated somewhat near the bar so it was pretty loud. Otherwise, there was a fun décor and the service was solid. I will be going back.Vegetarian options: They have both a vegetarian and vegan section of the menu. No tofu though!

My husband & I had dinner at the back bar this evening before a show at the local theater. Our bartender was Tessa. She was wonderful & attentive! The food was delicious. She helped my husband select his meal & she was right on. The bill came & it was extremely reasonable. We will definitely go back again soon!!

Dusty was our server on this busy St. Patricks day Saturday. The place was packed, great energy, amazing food. As busy and chaotic as it was, Dusty really got the job done for us. Very nice man!

I got the quesabirra & they were flavorful but they were so soggy it literally fell apart while I was eating it. I would try this restaurant again but maybe an entree and not tacos. The rice was really good, but that was the best part of the entire

I went to Margaritas cantina for the first time tonight. Service was wonderful. I ordered shrimp cevich to share and the fish tacos. I also tried the shrimp and Berrian tacos. The food was delicious and well balanced. The ceviche was tasty and bright. We also got a fried ice cream to share. I kept going back, even though I was full. The restaurant is decorated with high end creative flair. I mentioned to the server that we were splitting the bill, as I was paying for my friend to treat her for her birthday, and her husband would take care of ge and the children. At the end of our dinner, a group of servers came out singing and brought a shot for her. It's a really fun place. I'll be back.

The restaurant is beautiful. But the food was terrible. Me and my partner didn’t finish it , and we both felt sick after. The waiter was great though. He was cool & super understanding.

So yesterday I was in Syracuse shooting a music video with Sophistafunk and for lunch they brought us here. The service was on point and nice and the food was incredibly delicious the homemade guacamole is a must have and any pick of taco can't go wrong. Definitely a authentic Mexican

My wife and I came here while in Syracuse overnight. We were seated quickly, and experienced attentive and polite service - which was the best part of the experience. We started with the chips and salsa they provide to every table, and ordered some queso to go with the chips. The salsa was good, the Queso was a bit thin, but alright. We each ordered a house lime margarita on the rocks - first off, the serving is huge, at least 3 times what I would typically expect, so not bad at $11.00 a margarita. However... they weren't great. They tasted like they had a eh tequila and way too much triple sec in them. We drank them, but certainly didn't crave seconds. For the mains - I ordered the carnitas dinner, which they described as savory pulled pork... and it was... with no seasoning. The guacomole was mashed avocado, likewise sans seasoning, and the refried beans just tasted like pureed beans from a can. As a bonus - the pico, jalapenos, and avocado came in a bright green tortilla cup which was only mostly desolved by the time I had finished. My wife ordered the chicken enchiladas, which also lacked seasoning, and came complete with a pile of wilting lettuce and tomato on them.To be clear, the food wasn't bad, the pork and chicken were both very well cooked, and nothing tasted poor - it just was a far cry from being called "Mexican". The pulled pork was indeed a great pulled pork, and would have gone terrific with some mac and cheese and barbecue sauce - it just wasn't carnitas. They DO tack on an automatic 20% gratuity if you go over $50, which for two people is very easy if you order drinks. It is noted on the menu, and is made clear on the receipt, though its odd they still provide Tip Suggestions of 18, 20, and 22% on the bottom of the receipt - I don't believe I've ever tipped someone 42% total.Overall, I left full. The servings were plenty large. I feel like the food was a bit overpriced for what it was. I likely wouldn't return, but if you go in not expecting Mexican food, you'll be fine.
