Margaritaville - Syracuse

We got rice jambalya and cajun pasta minus the seafood with chicken and adilline sausage. Pasta was laying in a pile of grease. Chicken was brown and chewy. Absolutely DISGUSTING !!! Should have looked to see it was only 3 stars. There was no music as it was broke LOL
The ONLY good part of our experience was Patrick. He was a good server.
We are here from out of town and were highly disappointed. To say the least .

We tried to stop in for a drink. The bartender handed us menus then we never saw them again….

Stopped by to do the normal Margaritaville shopping we do whenever near one. This location got rid of the retail store. Place had only a few people at the bar and otherwise was a ghost town.

I really loved my time here!! I had a Cheeseburger and me, my mom, my brother, and my stepdad went to here and we just loved the food and the service and everything that was in there. I like the decoration because it looked cool in there, and my mom also took me here. You guys had responded to one of my reviews before but apparently that Google account had to be taken down because of me I actually requested for it to be deleted but I got a new one. By the way I just love this place because I love the Destiny Mall!

I dined here on a 2pm on a Wednesday. The drinks were great, recommend the ‘5 O’Clock Somewhere’ and the food was delectable! I love this chain and I hope to one day see this restaurant fully packed, both bars running, and to finally find my lost shaker of salt. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful time!

Website stated the restaurant closed at 7:00 PM. Showed up at 6:35 PM and was told that the kitchen was closed. Also, there is no store at this location. Traveled 90 minutes to purchase new shirts and the new Jimmy Buffet cup. Very very disappointed!

I'll rate this place 5 stars, because of our awesome server Patrick. Food was great, Margaritas were great. Ask for the "perfect Margarita" is fabulous! Only fault, the host to seat us was not at all a good experience.. 5 stars after the host.

Great food strong drinks I highly recommend it

Terrible service. At one point there was nobody around for at least 10 minutes. We just wanted to pay our bill and leave. The staff was in a bad mood and not helpful. We won’t be back here

Everything was awful! The 2 guys who was working saturday night shift. They are incredibly disrespectful. We were not treated with respect as customers, anytime we would request something or try to get his attention, he would simply ignore us. It was so unfortunate because we were so excited to try everything there! We didn’t even want to get the food anymore because of the most out of pocket disrespect we got! Hope they change the way they treat their customers or else no one will be going there! Plus to add! The guys were not even dressed like properly! One of them had a very dirty jacket and looked like he had sauce all over it!
I like the host at the door! Very approachable and very welcoming! All I will say is I will never recommend anyone here!

It was okay. I went during the early afternoon, so not much was going on, felt underwhelming. The drinks were good, and the bartender was really friendly.
