I had my birthday party here! It was so much fun and my friends loved it as well! Maria and Pete were super friendly and good to us, they even made my friend a special gluten free pizza! The samba shrimp was a hit as well. Overall it was a great time and I appreciate how helpful Maria was with party planning!

Gabby was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!!! Apps were brought out fresh and quick ! The drinks were delicious and Mia was such a wonderful bartender. She made us all feel like regulars and we really appreciated the customer service from the entire team! I was told to try the duck wings , and my God was I impressed!!!! We finished off the night with Mia’s personal favorite the chocolate martini and it did not disappoint!!!! Overall I give this place 4.99/5 only because I couldn’t stay longer !!!!! Must try if In Syracuse area !!!!! Mia, Gabby and staff are very friendly and the food is a must try!

I can’t speak for the day time service, but at night this is one of the worst bars I visited in almost forever. The bartender was black out drunk, screwing up orders throwing things away. Again can’t speak for the day, but at night just save your money.

Not even a full min of sitting down the bar I was asked what I wanted to order. Give me a min to sit.. geez… I was asked 4 times in the span of 10 mins MAX… what I wanted to order. The energy and body language of the guy in the bar seemed hostile. We felt pressured and uncomfortable. I was discussing it with my partner. We left and didn’t try anything. Won’t be back.

My fiancé and I had our engagement party at Maxwells in their private event room. I honestly can't say enough how incredibly wonderful their staff is. Right from the start Maria was so accommodating and helpful. They made sure our night was about us. The food, drinks, and service were outstanding. From all the decorations, food displays, Photo Booth, lights, and all the little touches they did for us really made our night so special. We are so happy we chose to have our night there, it will be an amazing memory forever! If you're looking to just have dinner, drinks, or want to have a private event/party Maxwells is 100% the place to go to!
I recently hosted a private event here, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Maria, the event coordinator, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. Since I live out of state, coordinating everything remotely was a challenge, but Maria made it feel effortless.
The day of the event went off without a hitch. I arrived early to set up, and every staff member I encountered offered to help in some way. It was such a warm and supportive atmosphere! During the event, the team remained attentive and kind, making sure my guests had everything they needed.
The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly portioned. Peter, the owner, was personally making our pizzas throughout the night, and we were never without a fresh slice!
If you’re considering hosting an event here, do it! You won’t find a more seamless, welcoming, or enjoyable experience anywhere else.
