Basically sucked all around. They don’t correct orders. Ordered a large #7 with 4 cookies they gave me a large fry, no nuggets, and like a dozen cookies. Again, today waited for about an hour for anyone to take my order when the kiosk is down.

Poor service at this location and always a 30-40 minute wait for pick up orders. If you inquire about your order you’ll most likely get an attitude from one of the workers or told ‘there’s nothing they can do about it.’ There’s a right and a wrong way to handle things in the food service industry and being nasty to your customers, especially, those who are patient with you, isn’t the right way. This store either needs new Management or the entire staff needs to be trained on proper customer service. Hopefully the higher ups care enough to take action and correct these issues promptly.

They were absolutely horrible service, I went in for a pick up order at their late time bcuz I just got off work, so I’m trying to get a quick meal to feed my wife and kids and the lady in the window had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t place my order after I showed her my order right to her face while I’m standing out in 20 degree weather. STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON SHITTY FAST FOOD AND COOK AT HOME AND ENJOY EATING OUT AT RESTAURANTS IF YOU PREFER!!!!!

NEVER DOORDASH FOR THIS LOCATION. They make you wait as long as possible and leave items out of the orders. They had me waiting 20 minutes over the time limit on the order and gave a me a violation for waiting too long when they wouldnt even answer the window. They rejected my dispute on the violation and told to contact the establishment that gave it to me.

Service was poor with bad attitudes for the big black gentleman and my burgers orders for my children one was bitten off & slimy substance so we didn't trust it and had to throw the whole meal away because there was no way we were giving anything from that bag to my family. To avoid conflict I did call about a refund and still no response 😞 . We don't eat out much and the one day we do this is what happened 😢🙏

Had to wait 5 minutes just to order my food then it took 15 minutes to get it. I understand being short staffed but when you get the food and the chicken is tough and can’t even eat it, not worth the hassle.
