How do you rate something when the employee locked the door as your walking up to it? Always have such a hard time with this location. Absolutely terrible everything.

This is the worst one in Syracuse. Its always extremely slow, waiting over 30 mins for one sausage biscuit is absolutely insane. I come to this one because it’s on my street but every time I am always waiting a long time. Then they give you attitude when you’re upset for how long it takes. This is Worst service and McDonald’s.
