Slow service doors locked when we tried to enter at 7:30 at night

Food was average as expected. However the service was subpar.
It took almost thirty minutes to receive the meal, the lobby was flooded with customers. We waited, I did not mind waiting, however other customers who got there before us did not seem happy about it. When the meals were received one of the orders was incorrect. They forgot a drink, and placed many condiments upon what was supposed to be a simple, plain cheeseburger.
One of the employees serving the meal ended up spilling my drink all over the table on accident and the employee had made quite the mess, instead of offering help she gave us a side eye, walked away, and did not come back. I thought she’d be back with something like a rag to help clean the mess she caused but she neglected it entirely leaving us cleaning the mess with flimsy, minimal, sopping wet napkins. She did not even apologize, but pretended nothing happened, nothing we did prompted this kind of behavior.

Waited in the drive thru for almost an hour tonight. This is unacceptable by any means!! When I get to the window the girl doesn’t even know my order. There is no reason why it takes almost an hour for a mobile order.

I ordered on the mobile app so that I don't get stuck in the drive through since it happens everytime. This is supposed to be fast food, and I totally understand busy times but I waited 42 minutes for $10 worth of food..... Heinous wait times at this location.....

Truly the worst and slowest service of any local McDonald's around! Don't bother ordering ahead, you'll still always wait 20-25 minutes. Yes, that is if you go through the drive thru or go inside.

Worst McDonalds for Delivery. If you’re a customer and are expecting reasonable delivery times then I wouldn’t recommend ordering here. Staff ignores drivers up front. They do not start customer orders until long after pick up time. Staff does not acknowledge people standing up front. Does not look understaffed either. I really dislike this location as a Door dasher. If drivers start declining offers from this location it’s because orders are made late, therefore we are late.

Food taste like it was made in dirty oil and all the employees. Touch trash and non food items and don’t wash hands or change gloves before touching food. Literally stood there for 30 mins waiting for food and not one glove change or hand wash and the girl who put my food in the bag literally stuck her hand in the trash and then went back to the food

Ordered 2 of their $5 meal deals and 2 double burgers for $3.99. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for food after stopping at drive through window and picking up beverages for the meal deals. ALL the hot food was COLD and had apparently been pre-made and under the heat lamp except for the French fries. Teenage staff maybe not well trained and order was at 3pm in the afternoon, so that might have affected things. Our dogs enjoyed the food when we got home except the drinks of course.

Employees DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS ORDERS. They screwed up the orders we took them back to get them corrected and they still screwed them up. These kids need to pay attention to detail. McDonald's is the Scrooge of corporate America,
