This McDonald was in disarray. Slow, yes! So many people and cars waiting for food and many people not getting what they ordered after long waits. Thankfully food tasted ok and was hot when I received it. Nobody working at the cash if something is wrong with the order

2 days ago I wrote a review for mattydale brewerton Rd I forgot to mention not only was the oil so dirty and tasted nasty the carton chicken strips came in had a big splash of dried ketchup on it and was grease stained I just want a refund IllNever be back

Maybe im old but these kids suck at customer service. Hopefully they understand sooner or later these bad attitudes ALL THE TIME won't work in there favor. Teach your kids the importance of being professional in a work setting

Always lacking enough help. Service is not very good when going inside to order. Takes a long time to get the food when dining in and the order is not always right. Last McDouble I had the burgers were burnt, dry and hard. Tables are usually not very clean and the garbage is overflowing.
