Very frustrated. Order taken well but waited over 20 minutes for 2 happy meals and a burger. Very poorly managed and workers joking around and uncaring. Drive thru takes precedence and inside diners wait forever for food. Done with this location. Used to be great.

This is fast food? Really?? Stuck in a drive-thru line that has barely budged in 20 minutes! Got here around 11:20 wanting to grab a quick burger for my dog. What a joke!!!!

I hate that I even have to give a review on a McDonald’s. Tonights order has been one of many incorrect orders & I cannot figure out how or why every single order has been wrong and missing item's. Tonight, I spent $80 on 4 meals and did not get any of our fries. The last order, my son wanted a blue raspberry Fanta, they sent cherry and we did not get any other drinks. The list could go on of how many incorrect orders I’ve had. The sad part is is there is no accountability and the staff at this restaurant clearly do not care…I can’t even imagine how many claims this location gets for wrong orders on a daily basis. DO NOT order food from this restaurant, they won’t get it right.

Was not impressed by this location. My order was wrong I tried to call to get management an opportunity to make it right they chose to ignore me how unprofessional can they possibly be. Shame on them. Plus on top of that false advertisement they ever ties that they were participating McDonald's employee and then I never got any of the pieces and when I questioned why I didn't there was no answer just silence. I hope management year takes a really long hard look at themselves and actually tries to do the right thing and gains a little bit better customer service skills or at least I hope corporate sees this message and tells them they should be a little bit more professional in the future it's a little bit ridiculous

Waited and waited for drive thru and no on ever spoke
Literally waited in drive no answer and then inside after waiting we got no answer then eventually they said they would be right with us we just left instead smh
This place is a joke. I've gone here pretty often and it never seems to change. Always a super long wait when you order inside. Longest i've waited was 45 minutes because they prioritize the drive through. But never fails every time i'm there, multiple orders are messed up. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal today with a mcchicken and two pies. And somehow they forgot the fries? But there were other orders missing fries as well. So i'm not sure what's going on at this location. It seems like people don't care about customer service here. And the stuff that i've heard them talking about here is not work appropriate conversation. Especially if the customer is standing at the counter or sitting trying to enjoy their meal can hear it.

Very busy location that has long wait times depending on what time of day and depending on who is working. People behind the counter could use a lesson in customer service for sure.

Waited almost an hour for a mobile order. Absolutely ridiculous, not one employee even bothered to check in at the front counter either. Food was cold by the time we got it handed to us.

Not to start this review aggressively, but I'm pretty sure that nobody at this location can count. I ordered through Uber eats 4 pumpkin creme pies. Only two pies came and there was nobody who reached out to me from the McDonalds regarding the change. The bag was sealed upon arrival so no, the driver didn't take anything. I've noticed when you order past 7pm, workers tend to just not bother making certain items or slack off. I'm paying for the food beforehand. Regardless of whether you don't feel like making it or not, I would gladly have taken a substitution if someone would have reached out to me. This is ridiculous and I hope a manger sees this review and contacts me. I've had this happen twice within the past two days and now Uber Eats may think I am trying to scam the restaurant because of my reports. Don't order from here past 7pm apparently. 😏

Food is everything we expected service was slow at the beginning but the young lady at the front counter is very very friendly.... Where is all the napkins... We did not receive any with our order there is no napkins at the self-service counter at all....

Slow service doors locked when we tried to enter at 7:30 at night
Food was average as expected. However the service was subpar.
It took almost thirty minutes to receive the meal, the lobby was flooded with customers. We waited, I did not mind waiting, however other customers who got there before us did not seem happy about it. When the meals were received one of the orders was incorrect. They forgot a drink, and placed many condiments upon what was supposed to be a simple, plain cheeseburger.
One of the employees serving the meal ended up spilling my drink all over the table on accident and the employee had made quite the mess, instead of offering help she gave us a side eye, walked away, and did not come back. I thought she’d be back with something like a rag to help clean the mess she caused but she neglected it entirely leaving us cleaning the mess with flimsy, minimal, sopping wet napkins. She did not even apologize, but pretended nothing happened, nothing we did prompted this kind of behavior.
