Never go into this McDonalds. I never leave reviews ever but I walked in yesterday and saw a homeless man SHOOTING UP in a booth in front of staff and they did nothing. He must have left because when I drove around he was asking for money. The man in front of me in line couldn’t figure out his card information and took so long that we just left. Absolutely insane.

Mobile ordered here 3 times and I have always had items missing. I probably should’ve learned after the second try. Drive thru is always long and it just doesn’t seem to run efficiently.

Why is their customer service so horrible ? If you don't like your job, find some where else to work. I was the only person in line, waiting while staff looked at me and just ignored me. One was too busy texting on her phone. I literally had to ask the manager if I could please place an order. She said, I'll get to you. I waited so long the app exclusive deal i had selected became invalid. I remember when McDonald's used to take pride in their service.

The laziest employees ever! Every single one needs to be fired. After several orders being messed up purposefully missing items because they think delivery is out of sight out of mind I will be suing. The irresponsible owners should have done something and replaced the lazy staff by now but since they have not they will pay BIG!
