I drive by the McDonald's closest to my office to go to this location. Jennifer was a perfect example of great customer service this morning. Shes super friendly, cares about her work, and is good at what she does. This store is cleaner, faster, and the quality is better than the one closer to me.

I ordered online and entered my parking space number. After waiting 16 minutes I went in to get my food. She said it was sitting just there. The French fries were not fresh.

Cynthia is the best!!! She’s my favorite is so sweet, she needs a pay raise, nobody has customer service like her. I’ve witnessed her multitasking and couldn’t believe how she did it with having such a calm positive attitude, I hope when I come back I hear she’s got a pay a raise and that McDonald’s acknowledged her. People that work need to be acknowledged, she’s so sweet everytime I come.

So my husband wants items to play the game for monopoly. So online it says the hasbrows come with it. I am currently writing a paper so I decided to suprise him with some game pieces. When we got the order there was none on them. I then drove to the store because that was the point of ordering what I did, just to make his day. I get there and the employee says we'll we dont have anymore game pieces for hashbrowns once we're out we're out and its done. Please update this online because its misleading and defeated the sole purpose of my order today. Thank you!!

I was going to order and got harassed by this scary black guy asking me to buy him 3 cheese burgers and I said hell no creeped me out then asked a 90 year old man and pretty much scared him into buying him some food do better! The employees know the guy he's a regular and he constantly harrases people!

More than once I ordered Large Fries and they are barely filled up to half in the container. Need to do better, with the prices you charge.
This is the only McDonald's I've gone to for years. As of late, they can't seem to get things right. We were missing fries one time, one time is was the main sandwich of the meal we ordered. Now, I just make sure to check EVERYTHING before we leave the drive-thru window.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. The food was cold and not freshly cooked, the service was poor, and the dining area was dirty. As a frequent McDonald's customer, I was very disappointed with the standards at this specific location.

usually fine but today i’ve been waiting over an hour for a delivery. uber won’t cancel, drivers refuse to let anyone know what’s going on, and you can’t call the restaurant bc all you get is dial-up sounds.
