My fiance just left McDonald’s. He ordered 4 McDouble meal deals. Got all the way home and realized two McDoubles were missing. He said he didn’t want to go back because it took an hour to get the food and they didn’t give him a receipt. I guess they don’t care even if it’s the day before Thanksgiving.

I am very satisfied with the service here there was a shift worker named Kevin that decided he was going to go above and beyond for a customer and help with a problem with redeeming a coupon just very great customer service

This location is beyond slow. It could be dead and yet it still takes 20+ minutes to get a one item order. I’ll never come to this location again since Camillus is a short drive and a million times faster. Something needs to be done with this location because it’s terrible.

I love going to this location because it has the children’s play place. My step daughter loves to play and make a friend for the day. Although it can be obnoxious when children are not attended by an adult and acting rude. Just stopped in quick to get a kids happy meal and cheeseburger with no onion. The food was fresh, promptly brought out to the table and prepared as ordered, without onion. They did give BBQ sauce even though ranch was requested but easily fixed when I notified them at the order counter.

This is by far one of the worst mcdonalds. Food is always old, fries sit in the thing for hours . Theyre stale and cold. They constantly forget to put food in bag, soda is flat 95% of the time. Sweet tea is always watered down and nasty. Theyre usually old as well. Place is never clean.

Bought a fish sandwich and the sauce was all on one side of the fish and the fish was half out of the bun. Tasted ok after I rebuilt the sandwich. Give it a zero for presentation.
Went there to get an ice cream cone, Smoothie and Mcflurry and waited 30+ minutes and saw them sit the shake mix for the machine out and left it on the counter sitting for 20+ minutes absolutely unsafe for consumption and against food safety temperature, I have my sersafe and worked at McDonalds in the past tht is completely unacceptable. Got a refund. Not returning.
