Never got our food. Didn't use the drive through because we wanted to make sure our order was right. 2 of the 4 ordering kiosks were out of order. The one we used couldn't accept a credit card so we needed to wait for someone to come to the cash register to take our payment. That had a time stamp of 9:54 which means we placed our order at 9:52 at the latest. At 10:08 we approached the pickup counter to see how much longer it would be. We told the girl we had been waiting 15 minutes. When she went back to check, all we heard was a loud voice claiming, "no one has been waiting 15 minutes" so we left.

This McDonald's is great, Fast , hot, and my order is always accurate. Outstanding service. The GM @this restaurant is the best I've seen yet!! He puts a lot into keeping this place near perfect !! Great job Fairmount McDonald's!!

Horrible service, cold food, no fountain drinks available but let us purchase them anyway and told us to just drink water??
Placed order for filet value meal which the fish was grey and smelled rotten. Ordered a happy meal that came with literally 5 French fries in the happy meal fry box. I was pulled for food and it was all old and terrible m. Tried to contact this McDonald’s but I am assuming the phone is off the hook because continue to get a busy signal. I go to this McDonald daily and have had less then good food but this was terrible the fish smelled so bad I had to change my trash can.

When ordering the happy meals it’s showing the Mario Karts promotion all over, my kids got the halloween buckets instead. And they’re not even the ones from this year but the ones from last year.

My four year old dropped her milkshake, and made a huge mess. This was late in the evening, so they were cleaning up for the day. I told one of the employees, and I would have understood if she'd been upset about it. She was so nice. She said she'd get it cleaned up. To top it off, within 2 minutes, my daughter had a new milkshake. Thank you!

Whoever took my order around 8:30 10/28 was awesome. As someone who has worked in food service for many years, i appreciate whenever someone goes above and beyond to make the customer feel appreciated. Fast service and friendly conversation as i waited in the drive thru. Can’t say that any McDonalds employee has ever beeen so friendly or personable up until this point!
