My Mom said they had some good oxtail and rice... Which I have to disagree with... Oxtail was under cooked and had a lot of fat on them ...the rice was plain and lacked flavor... I wouldn't spend my money here again

I asked what time do you close? One of the female employees said something rude and sarcastic as if I couldn’t hear her.

Although one may function under the assumption that this would be good, authentic food, you could not be more wrong. It is a miracle served on a silver platter. Truly delicious in ever way, the owners son, yaya truly is a exceptional person. WILL BE COMING BACK.

usually very good everytime I go. but this time I got the stew chicken and at first I thought maybe it was just me but it smelled off, so I left it on the counter for someone else in the house thinking maybe they’ll pick at it.. no one did Thankgod cause the next day it was literally bubbling. It was definitely spoiled lol..😔

Really horrible, 30 dollars for bones with fat, and the tamales are super hard, I sent to buy a meal and they sent me this, my tail was burning during the little meat that I had, super hard and the fat man was disgusting with the amount he had and It lasted, I really regret having sent to buy this, what a really bad time I had when I saw this, there is no quality at all and the food here

To the store owners: On friday September 13, 2024 my sister and her grandson came there to eat. While waiting for their food three young teenagers came walking in and out of the restaurant three times. My sister Eveleen, thought that maybe they didn't have any money and she would have bought them something to eat. They didn't have any money and they were willing to take hers. They set themselves all up and went to grab her purse to run out of the store! Lucky for Eveleen she grabbed her purse first. That was scary for her! What was even worst is that Eveleen yelled out three times for the owners to call the police!
They did NOT.
The Owners did not even acknowledge the assault. Did not even ask if she was ok.
Shame on you!
Your sandwiches might be good...... but I'm rating you on your morale's....and there are No star ratings for that!

The owners need to recalculate who they wish to hang around inside and out. If I was not quick enough to grab my purse 3 experienced kids would of had it on Friday night 9/13.

Tried to place an order on Uber eats. The restaurant cancelled my order so I called and they said they were too busy…

True top notch South American food made with heaps of love. A welcome break from the usual Mexican menu. The location itself is a little rough around the edges, but in all the best ways if your first priority is plenty of authentic, nostalgic, generously-flavored food at prices you never see anymore.

Tacos Al-Pastor were out of this world. Empanadas were crunchy-fried street style. Alcapurrias, tostones, and maduros were all bangers. Please keep this place thriving, Syracuse!
