Super tasty burger with sweet tomatoes and real potato chips, came out quick! Server was pleasant and friendly. The Middle Ages pale ale was delicious and I am NOT much of a beer person, just trying to take the edge off of a delayed flight. Would definitely eat here again.

Great ambiance and easy location in the airport! That's about all you can count on.
Service was terrible. Both bartenders were detached and could not be bothered. By the time I had run through their IPA beers to find nothing was available, I asked for a can. When time to order food, cheeseburgers were not available after looking over the menu for a few minutes. The grilled chicken wrap I eventually ordered was good. Then.... I had to be sure to ask to check out since I must have looked content just sitting there holding my credit card with the receipt up in the air (LOL). The manager (in a white shirt) was busy on his cell phone and not engaged at all.
You are better off at this point to find somewhere else to eat at the airport. I might try them again, perhaps a bad day for the place.

Hours for this location definitely need addressing on google maps. I walked in at 5:40pm on a Tuesday and was politely informed by the bartender that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes, but that I was welcome to still order food and drink. I wouldn’t expect the location to serve much past the last departing flight let alone 24 hours. Service was patient and quick despite my walk in so close to their intended closure. In order to ensure I wasn’t rushed, they kindly put my food in a to-go container. A customer walked in too close to closure to be served, and the bartender kindly assisted them in identifying other food options in the airport that were still open. Great customer service skills all around. Thank you.

Ordered the avocado toast with pico de gallo and bacon. The bacon was great, but the toast barely had avocado and the pico de gallo is missing a few ingredients to make it pico de gallo. All topped with an overcooked hard boiled egg - sulfuric.
Don't eat here.

We didn't get everything we ordered. Our server disappeared. Small portion. Very expensive for plain food.

My daughter is 15 and this was her FIRST time flying alone so I was already very emotional and stressed about the situation. My daughter had called me and told me she overheard someone say her flight was delayed. I immediately tried calling Frontier and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I don’t know how we were able to get ahold of your communications department, but I am so grateful we did. Alicia was the first person we spoke with and she immediately went to the camera to get a visual of my daughter and assured me she would keep and eye and communicate with the next staff member my concerns so that they could continue to keep an eye on her as well. They went out of their way to periodically call me and update me with any new information and let me know she was ok. I was amazed that when I called to check on her and ended up speaking with the next staff member (Kayla) she was already aware of the situation which means that the first person I spoke with (Alicia) did in fact relay the information as promised. They even called to let me know when she was about to walk on the plane. I was a nervous wreck about the whole situation, but they were able to put me at ease and it was comforting to know that my baby was in good hands. I have never experienced such incredible service anywhere and I am shocked and impressed. Thank you so much. I will forever highly recommend Syracuse International Airport to anyone!

$21 for 2 draft beers and a rude bartender for no extra charge! Then over weight manager with food stains on his shirt asked us to order more beer

Nice spot, typical airport eatery. Prices were reasonable. Servers were very nice. Menu was good. Nachos were not good.

They succeed by being one of very few food options in the Syracuse airport, but I’d stay away unless you have a LONG time until your flight. I had over an hour and still struggled to get cashed out in time for my flight. This is not the fault of the two waitstaff serving the entire restaurant. However, if they are that short-staffed, they need to just be up front so passengers can go elsewhere.
Food was terrible. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich that was microwaved. Menu says fries and was given a bag of chips. When I asked why there were no fries they told me they were out and walked away. Sadly I ordered it to go and had already paid and left her a tip. Waited over 20 minutes for a microwaved chewy sandwich. So disappointing.

The Ruben was okay. Not as good as Arby’s, however you feel about that. The bartender, however, was awesome. She was serving drinks at the bar and walking around taking care of all of the seated customers. Someone needs a raise!
