They succeed by being one of very few food options in the Syracuse airport, but I’d stay away unless you have a LONG time until your flight. I had over an hour and still struggled to get cashed out in time for my flight. This is not the fault of the two waitstaff serving the entire restaurant. However, if they are that short-staffed, they need to just be up front so passengers can go elsewhere.

Food was terrible. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich that was microwaved. Menu says fries and was given a bag of chips. When I asked why there were no fries they told me they were out and walked away. Sadly I ordered it to go and had already paid and left her a tip. Waited over 20 minutes for a microwaved chewy sandwich. So disappointing.

I've been traveling for a very long time. This is one of the most ridiculous attempts at an airport resturant I've seen. I arrived at 0530 am. Sign says open at 0430, the bartender said i could have brekfast now because the cook just arrived. I paid $4.00 for a coffee. Ok its an airport. Then i paid 16.50 for two small microwave waffles with half of a strawberry and some whipped cream. Plastic plate with paper covering and plastic fork and knife. I understand airport prices and im ok with it. This is seriously crazy. Do not recommend. Pay airport prices for what is expected. Not soggy microwaved waffles and plastic ware.

Corporate policy only sports channels, I asked for the weather channel and was denied. Nice people that are hand tied by management.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my flight is delayed, so why not. The food here is kind of insulting for an actual restaurant. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich Buffalo style. What I got was a a mushy microwaveable patty heated in the oven splashed with Buffalo sauce on a bun so cold, I was genuinely surprised it wasn’t still frozen in the middle. The fries were what you’d expect at a daycare for toddlers. I was so hungry, and nobody ever came back to ask how it was anyway, so I just ate it and moved on. If traveling through this airport, just get a sandwich from the vending machine for half of the $16 I paid, and I promise you will be much happier.

The menu doesn't have a particularly vast selection, but they have a great drink menu, the food is good and for a restaurant in an airport it's pretty solid.

If you like waiting 50 minutes for a to-go order when the restaurant is 1/4 full, love eating uncooked beige French fries, and adore the server arguing with you about when you need to board YOUR flight, this place is definitely for you. 10/10 do not recommend.

Like Admiral Akbar, I’m telling you: it’s a trap. Yes the server is always overworked and trying their best. It does not excuse the bad food, slow kitchen and extortionate prices. You’ll pay $20 for a cheeseburger that is tough, dry and way over seasoned. The fries are not fried, they’re baked—and somehow manage to be burnt at one end and under cooked at the other.A bonus to your delightful meal will be a slow kitchen; when I visited food took 30 minutes to come out.Save yourself the unpleasant airport slop, buy a donut or a sandwich from the quick serve and avoid this trap. Maybe they’ll replace it with something (anything) better.

Terrible experience. It started when they didn’t have burgers though listed on their menu. This should have been a red flag. We waited an hour for our food and then saw people who came in after us getting the same food we ordered. Our waitress then apologized and said our order never made it to the kitchen. With 30 minutes prior to boarding we gave up and left. My recommendation would be to eat first before coming here.

At tiny Syracuse Int'l Airport, our sit-down restaurant options were either Johnny Rockets (should've gone there) or Middle Ages (we chose poorly). For an appetizer, the Pretzels with Ale Cheese ($10.99) was way over-cooked, burnt & inedible. Mercifully, our server took it off the bill. My French Dip (roast beef w/side of au jus dipping sauce; $15) was good, but the under-cooked French fries were disappointing. My other five traveling companions did not enjoy their meals. But, hey, it's airport food - where else you gonna eat? :-p // P.S. Our overworked server was wonderful & did her best in this small, crowded restaurant.

Prepacked salad & bottle of water was almost $20. Requested an itemized receipt at time of purchase from the grab&go, and received a piece of paper that shows total with no items purchased. Went back 10 minutes later and asked for an itemized receipt, Lorna Jean refused to help."You have to ask for a receipt." I did ask for one."You have a receipt." It's not itemized.Zero customer service. It's illegal in NYC for businesses not to provide consumers with receipts if you ask for it. I dont know the laws in NYS, but seems bizarre that I cant get an itemized receipt.

Terrible food! No Burgers or Salad available. Undercooked French Fries. Tasteless Chicken Sandwich that was inedible. Total waste of $22.44. Every other airport Restaurant from Dallas/Washington/Chicago/Detroit has basic food that is 10x better than this! Go elsewhere or regret it.

Really bad food. The worst I have tasted. Everything was literally microwaved. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was stale. Also the chicken patty was hard too. The fries were disgusting. They were as hard as a rock. I’m pretty sure I broke my tooth on them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst food that I have got ever.

It's an airport restaurant so my expectations were low, but not low enough. The food was really bad. Worst I've had at an airport, bar none. You're better off getting snacks or a pre-made sandwich from the convenience store in the airport. The server was nice.
