Excellent!! I had the fruity pebble french toast and it was AMAZING!! My boyfriend had the duck and biscuits and the buscuits were overcooked and the egg was too well done however the waitress was awesome and the french toast was on point! Alissa, our waitress, was very friendly and very attentive.

We stopped at modern malt before going to see a show at the landmark theater. The staff was amazingly attentive, especially the manager Kevin! It was busy, but every member of the staff jumped in to help serve everyone in a timely manner. The food was incredible! I had a fluffenuter malt with my meal, and it was divine!!! I would absolutely recommend, and I would definitely come back!

I want to start off by asking if you'll put this on your TV screen by the front door since you're so engaged with what your customer experience is. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. My wife and I went here for a couple of shakes and I figured I'd order breakfast as well since we were here. Well apparently ordering 2 poached eggs, toast and tater tots took over an hour to make and some. The waitress never told us her name, never once bothered to check on us or offer us anything else to drink like I don't know....water since we'd been waiting for over an hour for what should've taken 7 minutes tops to make. Never coming here again and I hope you put this up on the TV screen by the front door because you really should

My wife, son and I decided to try some place new for breakfast this morning. The food was absolutely delicious! It's been a long time since we have found a place that is worth the wait and the money. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're truly missing out. This is coming from a very picky eater. Our waiter Tim was also awesome! We are already planning our next visit back. I can't wait!! I had the chicken tender eggs Benedict, my wife had eggs toast and tots, and my son had chocolate chip pancakes. The peanut butter cup milkshake is delicious and so are the mimosas.

Absolutely love this place. Love the options for food - so many! - and everything we’ve tried is great. The shakes and drinks are so fun. And we love our server Tim! He is great. We’ve had a weekend of less-than-stellar service at restaurants, so Tim is a breath of fresh air. We will keep coming back here!
Sorry guys but how do you mess up an over medium egg? Cut into it and get a burst of liquid. One of the toast slices was sitting on that liquid so couldn't eat it. Yucky. Eggs were lukewarm and potatoes very hot. The coffee was lukewarm. The herbed red potatoes were very subtly herbed. The scrambled with chicken and spinach leaned way too much on garlic powder and salt. It took way too long and there were only 2 other tables (eggs & potatoes are fast, right?). But we were starving and had to split the scrambled. The good news is the staff is very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. They brought us a new hot coffee and offered to bring new eggs but parking is metered so we didn't have time to wait longer than we already waited. They took $1.75 off the bill. Thanks.

A comfortable diner-style restaurant with classic menu options. Reasonably priced vs portion though service was quite slow. The restaurant is pet-friendly with street parking and parking garage nearby.

The menu was innovative, the staff friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. We tried the chile relleno omelette, bangers and hash, and Big Havana sandwich. All three dishes were very well done- textures and flavors on point. I look forward to eating here again in the future.
