It actually wasn’t bad — good service! The place was clean, quiet, and they followed instructions. The food wasn’t bad, but it could be improved to make it better. It was nice talking to the nice young gentleman and the manager.
This Moe’s is ran terribly. Staff is disorganized and slow. They have no idea who is doing what. They waste time with mobile orders with a line out the door. The cashier is too busy chitchatting with customers waiting rather than moving the line along. They gave customers wrong orders and messed up almost every order out the door.
It’s Moe’s they are all about the same.. this location seems to have more issues with the soda station than others I have been to.. the app scanning for the coupons is not the best.. I was going to use 20$ treating my husband.. and they said it wouldn’t work so we paid for them with our credit card and a few weeks later I noticed that they took the 20$ and I emailed and they said basically they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me once they are gone..
