Food 10/10. It’s absolutely delicious. The food the drinks hit the spot! The owner is so sweet and remembers her regulars in a place like the mall where there are sooooooo many people and there have been times where I don’t go for a few months at a time.

Service was excellent. My cup broke and my smoothie leaked out onto the floor before I got a chance to enjoy it and the lady replaced it behind the counter free of charge. I’m so glad she did because the smoothie was very tasty

Let me tell you, every time I am handed a tea with the brown sugar glaze I have had horrible experience. A few times it has tasted like dish soap. 🤢But this place does it right. Not too sweet and very good.

I'm at the mall where all food court places open at 10. I go to Mochi a little after 10 and nobody is at the register and there are no donuts in the case. Finally someone comes out from the back and says the donuts are not ready but yes, they will be ready in 10-12 minutes. I sit and wait and wait. No donuts and nobody bothering to even come out to the counter for more than 5 minutes and then disappear in the back(, (obviously still working on the donuts). Meanwhile other customers came up to the counter and walked away shaking their heads....they also sell bubble tea and drinks so they could have been selling products to customers. (I have eaten here before and love the donuts) This picture was taken at 10:54 am .....no donuts to sell nobody at the counter....there were literally over 100 people walking around and eating at this point and people were still walking away from this empty stand shaking their heads.

Food was fine, but the service was pretty awful and EXTREMELY slow. Almost 20 minutes for two teas when they're not busy. Definitely not doing that again.
The food is as great but the service sucks! And rude. The same lady were helped me out before wand given me a military discount. I asked her if they have military discount today and she said no even though she knew that they do. She just don’t want to do it because being lazy and pretending she didn’t know happy it. What a shame especially as the boss of the store. This would be the last time I go to this place. I don’t deserve to get this treatment as the customer.

I’m a hard person to please when it comes to food service since that has been my profession for over 10 years. But for a spot in the mall this place was 10/10. Service was great! I had a request for just a Mango Fruit Tea with boba. That’s not an item on the list just Mango Passionfruit Tea. But (I assume) the manager came out and tried filling my request. She even gave me a sample of what she was able to put together. I loved it and she even said “Next time you’re here, I can make it for you.” Super friendly. And the mochi donut was amazing! I never had it before and I didn’t know what to expect. I got the Fruity Pebble donut and just phenomenal. Chewy, crunchy from the fruity pebbles. Just delicious. Too bad it was on a stop heading home.

The lady at the front counter was extremely helpful & kind In helping me choose a different good tasting drink, I got the Oreo Boba 🧋. Was just too Pricy $8.50 than the other ones I go too at the mall.
