The pho here is amazing! Having lived in little Saigon for years, I’m quite picky about good pho. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese food and flavor in a good atmosphere. Everyone there was super nice and friendly.

This place is not just the best Vietnamese in town, but quite possibly some of the best food in town full stop. Highly impressed with the service, quality, and selection. Those complaining about hidden fees have no observation skills. They clearly state that a gratuity of 15% is added to all bills and there is a cash discount. Highly recommend going with a group so you can share several dishes family style.

There isn’t any many Vietnamese restaurant in Syracuse therefore this restaurant doesn’t seem like it is trying to compete. The food is ok, broth is suppose to be really hot, so it will cook the thin beef slices and sprouts instantly. What I got was thicker beef slices that are already cooked, and raw sprouts that suppose to cook when dump into your hot bowl soup, but my broth wasn’t hot enough. My tamarind drink was not authentic or good, Server drop food and left without bring me chopsticks, or ask if I need anything. They just never came back. So many more wrong, but I’m just gonna leave it there. I would give it a 4 if I am a clueless American. But I consider this to be the best out of two Vietnames restaurant in Syracuse.

Damn, this food was soooo good. Me and my girlfriend had never eaten pho before and this place has made it one of favorites. We ordered pork rolls and pork wonton appetizers and 16 and 21 for entres. 21 was really good and full of flavor.

The staff is very nice. Do not drink the water though it is not good.

We just went today to New Century and everything was so delicious! We had their new century spring rolls and pho. Both were so good. The new century spring rolls are a very fun take on the traditional spring roll. Crispy and delicious. I loved the pho. It is a favorite comfort food of mine and theirs really hit the spot.

Ate here multiple of time. They have various pho options. Bring cash because your total will be cheaper.

Great food, but the absolute WORST customer service. Rude owner that doesn't care. Also many hidden fees on your final receipt, so make sure you get them to explain it to you before paying.
