New Century offers truly amazing, authentic Vietnamese food. Their spring rolls are incredibly unique. Having traveled and tasted food all over the world, I still haven't found anything quite like them! From the fragrant pho to the rice dishes and desserts, we loved every bite. While the pho portions may have gotten slightly smaller over the years, the quality remains high. It is fresh, delicious, and offered at a very good price. A must visit for any food lover in CNY!

Food was disappointing overall. The food didn’t stand out, and the service was poor. What made the experience uncomfortable was the manager expecting a minimum 15% tip at checkout, despite not checking in with guests during the meal. This created a tense and awkward dining atmosphere. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for dine-in.

I've been for lunch a few times and enjoyed it so took my family for dinner last weekend. We all enjoyed our meals, and the restaurant was warm which was fantastic given the weather! What I wanted to share here most was the phenomenal team there. My 87-year old mother was unable to stand, let alone walk, when we were ready to go (from exhaustion vs. anything at the restaurant!) The gentleman noticed we were having trouble and SO kindly offered the help of a few of his team. One of them carried, with my son, my mother in a chair all the way to our car, in the rain. And, they wouldn't take a tip. I was so grateful for their help and kindness. Really good people. I will return for the food AND the owners/staff. Thank you, thank you for your humanity.

What a great find! Super friendly staff and efficient service. Had the pork and beef spicy noodle soup and it was one of the best noodle soups I've ever had. We also got the beef pho, which was excellent. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The pho here is amazing! Having lived in little Saigon for years, I’m quite picky about good pho. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese food and flavor in a good atmosphere. Everyone there was super nice and friendly.

This place is not just the best Vietnamese in town, but quite possibly some of the best food in town full stop. Highly impressed with the service, quality, and selection. Those complaining about hidden fees have no observation skills. They clearly state that a gratuity of 15% is added to all bills and there is a cash discount. Highly recommend going with a group so you can share several dishes family style.
