Great food, but the absolute WORST customer service. Rude owner that doesn't care. Also many hidden fees on your final receipt, so make sure you get them to explain it to you before paying.

Don’t be thrown off by the looks, location or decor of this restaurant. This is by far the best pho you will ever have in your life. I dream of this place when I travel for work and get subpar pho. Just wish they were open Mondays. It’s always Monday I want pho haha

In the area for business travel and like to try new places. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean and quiet. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the spring rolls and pho. It was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. I only gave 4 stars on the food since some of the noodles were clumped together but overall taste was good. Note that the price is higher when paying with credit card. This is noted very clearly on the menu. Also they added a 15% tip. I will Vito again and recommend.
Parking: Only 3 parking spots.

No stars. I love Vietnamese food but by far this is the worst Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to. Service are very poor and so are the servings. I highly do not recommend to dine here.
2 years later, I went here again to give it another chance but oh boy what a disappointment once again. Not only that they have poor servings but the prices are beyond reason.
I have never craved food from a restaurant the way I crave pho from New Century. It is my ultimate comfort food ?

I got the Bun Bi Cha Gio Nem and I love the fried egg roll and meatballs. Maybe the egg rolls had taro inside which made it taste better ?. I forgot how long it took me to get my food, but it wasn’t long and the waiters always smiled when there was eye contact ?. 15% gratitude is included in the bill and paying with cash cost less. That’s my experience. I’m coming back for pho.

3.5 food is delicious authentic Vietnamese. The inside can look nicer. My main complaint is that the food i got feels overpriced for me which is making me not wanna come back. But it is still delicious.

First time to this Pho Restaurant. We usually frequent Pho Vietnam in New Hartford. Pro’s and Cons: Pro’s: Server’s very nice. Con’s: Salty Pho, beef freshness questionable, atmosphere blasé, large place - but very limited parking, As someone mentioned in a previous review they add on a 15% tip automatically. (Problem would occur if you didn’t like the service.) 3% up-charge on bill for using a credit card. As someone with mobility issues, I noticed on the way out that the first step down is hard and there’s nothing to hold onto. (Didn’t notice on the way in since stepping up not to bad for me.) The outer entrance does have railings.
