What a unique find! Amazing food, service and atmosphere. No liquor but it didn’t matter. We will be back! A truly wonderful culinary experience!

First time here, and the service was impeccable. Top notch attention to our needs and the food was delicious. We started with the charcuterie and it was great, I had the duck entre, and my SO had the gnocchi. Both were beautiful plated and tasted amazing.

Food, service and atmosphere are superb. One of my favorite places to dine in Syracuse. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the food and drink they offer, and help you find the best fit for your taste buds. Everything tastes amazing. Absolutely amazing.

If you want to be treated as if you were the only person dining in the restaurant that evening (no matter how crowded, believe me...every table was taken) and that ecery moment of your experience should be magical...visit Noble Cellar! The servers treat each dinner as a special guest. They explain every perfectly picked, paired, seared, and plated morsel they bring. My mouth exploded with floavors so well paired...I was in ectasy from first bite till the end of the meal! I usually refuse desert...but I couldn't pass up the chance to eat the sweet corn ice cream with blueberry compote in spot on profiteroles (I normally despise profiteroles...pastry chefs just don't, but I won't go on, because here they do...they were angelic!). This is by far the BEST restaurant I have eaten at in the past 4 years! Considering I am a chef, I eat out regularly all over the East Coast, I run to restaurants which receive James Beard awards for whatever...I promise...this is the one. If you are within an hour's drive of Syracuse and you don't experience this restaurant, you will miss out on an evening of heaven on earth. Go, go now...I can't wait to return.

Wow, just wow. it’s hard to put into words how I feel as I am writing this review. Five starts to all the categories. For food, multiple courses are available, with options accommodating a variety of people. Some dishes have a sort of flare to them that I haven’t seen in many other restaurants. With the many options being upscale, you think it would be difficult to choose from. However, there was exceptional service with the staff being very knowledgeable about the menu and the best wine to pair with said dish. As for the atmosphere, the decorum felt almost home like. How I would expect a well lived in home would feel. This provided a welcoming experience to such a fine dining restaurant. The ever so changing menu encourages me to come again and see what is being offered next. Well done Noble Cellar and to your lovely staff.

We just moved here this year and after dozens and dozens of restaurants this is by far the best eating experience. The food was perfect, the service attentive and the place is lively. The menu is small yet perfectly curated for the season. We can’t wait to be back.

Noble Cellar is a dining experience like no other in Syracuse. Food is high quality, service is thoughtful, never rushed. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever. We enjoyed the charcuterie to start. The attention to detail of their wine and drink menu is outstanding. Their mocktails are even incredible. We had duck and sea bass for entrees. The sea bass was exceptional. Dessert was a highlight. The chocolate olive oil cake was one of the best desserts I’ve had. It is just a beautiful dining experience from start to finish.

Do not walk—RUN to this amazing place! From the moment we sat down, the food and service were absolutely outstanding. Every bite was delicious, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Aaron was our server and truly the best around—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

I came to your restaurant for a friends birthday. We had a reservation we ate, we drank, we laughed and then we used the restroom and when we returned to our table to finish our drinks and gather our things the manger came over. She was very rude asked us if we were leaving because she had another table coming in. Little did she know she was speaking to the owner of another restaurant. As we were walking out she tried to cover her ass and followed us outside stating she wasn’t trying to be rude. We smiled and said yes you were and we would never return. We spent around 800 dollars for two hours of service. Never again!

Great food and great atmosphere! Prices are a bit higher than average but you get great quality food for it. Service was great and very helpful and nice! We had the duck, the chef’s pasta and fig tartine and they were amazing. My only one suggestion is to add a fixed vegetarian and a chicken plates to the menu for more variety but honestly a great place to dine!

From start to finish, dining at Noble Cellar was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth, cozy yet vibrant, with an undeniable charm that sets the stage for a memorable evening.

The service was simply outstanding. Every interaction felt genuine and personable, with clear attention to detail and a level of care that made us feel truly welcomed. You can tell the staff put their hearts into creating an experience, not just a meal.

The food was an adventure on every plate. Each dish was beautifully presented, bursting with creativity, and layered with flavors that kept surprising us. From the artful appetizers to the perfectly executed mains, everything reflected craftsmanship and passion. Desserts were equally remarkable playful, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The “Happy Birthday” touch on the plate was such a thoughtful gesture, making the celebration even more special.

The cocktails were crafted with the same love and creativity balanced, refreshing, and visually stunning. They elevated the entire experience and paired seamlessly with the meal.

What stood out most was the attention to love and care throughout the evening. Nothing felt rushed or mechanical; instead, it was clear that each detail, whether it was the plating, the service, or the overall atmosphere was thoughtfully designed to create something unforgettable.

Noble Cellar is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines impeccable service, incredible food, and an atmosphere that feels both celebratory and intimate. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs), already planning our next visit.

Excellent service. Amazing good. Rib eye two way, the passion fruit dessert, the sweet corn dessert, cod croquettes, ceviche and the pork belly were all incredible. The pineapple cocktail was fantastic. And big thank you to Trevor for being an incredible host. This will be our favorite spot whenever visiting Syracuse. Thank you!!! 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
