I walked in on a Saturday night at 9:50 and was told “sorry we can’t serve you a drink, we are closing for the night.” The restaurant had about 20 people sitting and the bar had about 8. I only wanted a drink at the bar. I can understand not serving dinner,, but a drink at the bar is something else. Leaving this review to save you a trip. Totally the bartender does not understand being a business owner. He could have at have allowed us for a drink. On the other hand, we had a great dinner at Inka. I highly recommend it.

The best thing to happen to this place is the chef, Joel! We celebrated my birthday here with family, and Noble Cellar exceeded every expectation largely because of the incredible chef. You can immediately tell how much pride and passion goes into the food. Every dish felt intentional, beautifully executed, and made with real care, not just skill.

The greatest meal/dining experience of our lives. A modern yet cozy atmosphere, a creative and exceptionally executed menu, high attention to detail, and first class service (shout-out to Anthony, a true gem of a server!).

Was very excited to try this place after seeing rave reviews and booked a Valentine Day's dinner and special tasting menu to celebrate.
Positives: Great atmosphere, service, and wine selection. Wine pairing is a must! The bartender was knowledgeable and attentive. Pacing of the meal was great. Vibes were cozy and intimate, which was perfect for Valentines.
The most disappointing part of the night: the food. Five course meal, of which the dessert was the highlight. Bo Ssam pork slices were small and overcooked, kimchi was average. Latke and venison were good, but not exceptional. Both relied heavily on supporting components, rather than highlighting the meat. The linguine was so salty, I couldn't get more than a couple bites in. Chocolate cake was the star (made even better with the port wine pairing).
I took off one point for service because despite being one of the first people in with a reservation, we were seated at the end of bar near the opening of the kitchen. We knew ahead of time we would be at the bar, but I almost felt like we were going to be hit by the kitchen doors.
I usually wouldn't be this disappointed with the food, but at $150 per person +suprise 22% service fee (surprise because instagram said it should be 3%), I expected much more.

Every part of the experience is top tier and worth the price. Anthony, Jason, and Marty took great care of us. And as people that work in this industry we highly value being able to turn that part of the brain off and relax. We were walked through the menu eloquently and with ease. We especially enjoyed how collaborative and community oriented noble cellar is with the Regional farmers market and salt city coffee. Put my mind at ease to know I’m eating actual good food and not highly processed pre-prepared foods. Thank you Noble cellar for a great night and experience. We will be back

Food was good… when we finally got it. I have to say, I am so sick of this narrative that we have to order ‘all at once’ so you all can get the ‘timing right’ and in my experience, every restaurant I’ve been to that doesn’t allow patrons to order appetizers right away (when we are HUNGRY!) end up screwing up orders and NOT BRINGING FOOD OUT ON TIME. Your waiter claimed he couldn’t put our appetizer order in while we looked at the menu due to ensuring ‘timing of food coming out’. But you guys literally took an hour to bring out the main dishes and had to apologize. 🙄 It actually makes no sense to not get appetizers in earlier so you are not getting a bottleneck of orders… spacing out helps the kitchen and KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
And for future reference, I would tell waiters (who are clearly new to serving), read the room better. and if 5 people are coming in for a business dinner, maybe don’t lay it on so thick with the over-explanation of the menu. It was overkill and we were just wanting to order.

The service and food are impeccable. The experience rivals NYC and other major high end cuisine experiences that I’ve had.

We excitedly made reservations for 5:30 PM tonight to have an early Valentine’s dinner at Noble Cellar. We arrived 10 minutes early and were promptly greeted and then quickly seated by our smiling and personable hostess.
During our one hour and 45 minute visit, we were greeted and informed by our waiter (Anthony), support staff, a wine associate, and a Sommelier. Each of them were friendly and knowledgeable. For an appetizer, we started with a spaghetti squash latke, which had amazing texture and flavor. For our entrees, we ordered the red snapper and the halibut. Each had delicious sides that were beautifully prepared and presented on our plates. The flavor and preparation of the entrées and their sides were impeccable.
Our knowledgeable Sommelier recommended a crisp Sauvignon Blanc and a robust Cabernet Sauvignon from their extensive and award-winning wine list.
It should be noted that Noble Cellar is located in the former Wesleyan Methodist Church, which is adjacent to Columbus Circle. The historic church was part of the Underground Railroad and Abolitionist movement.
We are very lucky to have such a first class, fine dining and award-winning restaurant here in Syracuse. We both remarked to each other towards the end of our meal about how excited we were to plan to return to this outstanding restaurant in the near future!

Oh man, where to begin. This was the best dining experience I have ever had, from food to staff.
The staff is a stellar example of teamwork, it was amazing to meet several staff members throughout our night, each as kind and personable as the last. They are incredibly attentive (I walked away to go to the bathroom and they re-folded my napkin for me, crazy sweet) and so helpful if you have any questions.
Every bite of food was exquisite. Every. Bite. I've been to several fine dining establishments and usually, I find the price tag does not match the quality I receive. Noble Cellar? Worth every penny.
We're expecting a little one so I was unable to enjoy the wine, but my husband said it was wonderful. I swear even on the drive home, our little one was dancing about from how yummy the food was. I can't wait to go back and experience their three course meal and wine pairings. Their sommelier on staff is incredibly knowledgeable and I was so grateful to pick his brain on wines.
I cannot wait to come back and bring my parents too! Thank you Noble Cellar!

10/10 from start to finish. Came here for our anniversary dinner, received a complimentary champagne which was such a nice touch. They even had a nonalcoholic champagne for my husband who doesn’t drink. The dishes are totally perfect on their own. Seasoned, cooked, everything is so thoughtfully curated and executed. The service is outstanding too. This is my new favorite place in Syracuse! Can’t wait to come back.
