It's a nice olive garden. The food's great, but still, it's a chain restaurant, so nothing super amazing. Had a lovely waitress. Would definitely recommend to those familiar with Olive Garden.

The lunch specials are perfectly fine, and it is an overall pleasant experience to eat there.

The hostess was so rude and miserable that we didn't even wait around to be seated. Totally unprofessional. This location is horrible. I do not recommend.

Absolutely love this place, been there innumerable times as a student in Syracuse University. Their service is top notch and their ambience is something that I really admire. Their cocktail menu was just awesome. I really loved the Sicilian sunset and Italian Rum Punch.

Went here 3.5 hours before closing time and was still rushed as soon as we sat down at the table. Unlimited breadsticks is a myth, so is unlimited salad. Now let's add the newly introduced unlimited pasta to the list. We weren't once asked for another helping for anything. Ordered a carbonara without pancetta and the order arrived with pancetta. Of course the pancetta was at the bottom of the plate so my friend ended up eating the pasta and once we realized it was too late..... Is this how you entertain customers???? Highly disappointed, never visiting again

Take out toss salads are DISGUSTING. Every time. Every time. I'm certain they would NOT even try to pass the rotted & slimy lettuce off to dine in customers. NOT that we're EVER ordering to go from here again but WARNING!!! CHECK your salad before you drive away!!! I called to report it since the salad was so small in the 1st place there was barely any edible lettuce once I picked out all the gross pieces. Had to rinse off the few decent pieces. The manager; Ashley didn't even apologize. She just offered refund $6 for the salad or make another that I'd have to drive all the way back to pickup. I'd drive back to give her the salad & ask her if she'd eat it???

Had dinner at this location last night, Oct 27. Service was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress, Megan N, was friendly, fast and perfect in every way. My wife had her usual Lasagna, and I had the steak. Food was great and good value when you consider salad is included. Wish we still had an Olive Garden in Toronto. I would have left a review on the automated screen at the table praising the service we got, but I messed it up.

I ordered to go and didn’t tip. Aiden F came out with a clipboard and told me to tip. I shouldn’t be pressured to tip on a to go order.

Food is what it is as I do like their dishes. For this visit, however, the service was not as usual and not up to par. The waitress did not provide what we ordered until asked again for a couple of things. She did not ask if we wanted soup or breadstick refills nor beverage refills. Very disappointed in the service. Seating time was great. This review was for the Olive Garden on Erie Blvd in Syracuse NY.
