Close to the dome. It's not a bad bar It's just more beer oriented, very limited liquor selection. Service was pretty good I was there for the Metallica concert between inside and outside at least 300 people there I didn't have to wait more 3-4 minutes to get a drink and

not kidding got kicked out for not being bills fans. came in during a game not wearing any sports apparel and this grumpy old man told the bartender to kick us out because not everyone in our party was 21+ wouldn't be an issue if there wasn't a actual toddler walking around. i'm not a football fan wouldn't recommend unless you are a 55+ white man who is into football becuase that was the whole crowd. wanted to try a new wing spot but the customer service experience was so terrible i am actually floored.

Everytime i come here i order ahead for chicken, they tell me 25 minutes.. i come after the 25 & i’m still waiting a good 10-15 minutes sometimes 20 and this is everytime! I also received horrible service from the blonde who cashes you out! She slapped my card on the table, was not paying attention when my food was done.. she continued talking to other customers for over 10min and didn’t realize my food was already ready so the man who made the food had to bag it up! Customer service is trash.

Bouncers apparently love being hands on with customers. Go here if you're looking for a fight with staff. You guys are gonna be going to court one day whether it's criminal or civil. Also, the bartenders were rude and couldn't make a drink for their life. There's much better places all over Syracuse to spend your money where you won't have to worry about security starting fights.

Decided to stop for a beverage and bite to eat before a concert. Bouncer was looking for a fight. Repeatedly pushed me as I asked him for directions (they were closing the area we where we were standing and I asked him for directions to "courtyard" as it is not visible from the road and we've never been here.) instead of answering me, he pushed me hard, repeatedly. My husband told him to get his hands off his wife. We asked again for directions. Instead of answering he threatened to kick us out. We again said we are complying but had never been here before, please give us directions. He called us whining and worse than the students. The rest of the evening (we found courtyard aka back alley on our own) this bouncer tried to start shit with my husband when he picked up the food we'd already ordered. Update: another staff member Jim was super apologetic for the other individual's behavior. He apologized several.times and said that we should have never been treated that way. If it weren't for Jim we wouldn't go back, but Jim convinced us maybe to try them again sometime.
