The food is insanely tasty. Their Otto smash burger is literally the best burger I have ever had. Their staff is also exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. 10/10 and 5 stars all across the board.

An extremely welcoming atmosphere with amazing food. First time I arrived, me and three of my friends were given free samples. Food was so good I ordered what we were given for free samples (Chicken over Rice).Owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. You can tell this restaurant takes hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. If anyone is looking for a spot for quick eats in the Syracuse area, be sure to give this spot a try.

The staff is great- very friendly, efficient, quick. Huge selection of food and beverages. The Otto Burger and the Veggie Smash Burger (with fries) were both so delicious and fresh. The food selection is so broad it was hard to decide what to get, but we would definitely order those again. It was honestly the BEST veggie burger I've ever had. My son got the Otto Burger and raved about how good it was, also he got a sample of the favorite chicken over rice which he said was wonderful. We will be back for sure!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I always hope for the best because who hopes for a bad meal? It's a win win for both sides when your satisfied with a new establishment. So impressed by a solid 4.7 rating I tried Over The Cuse. Ordered from a friendly attentive girl, got a cheesesteak and onion rings. was on the expensive side at just shy of 20$ and that seemed ok until I opened my boxed meal. The cheesesteak was very skimpy, couldn't identify any peppers or onions, maybe a half slice of cheese, and a small amount of what I hoped was steak.... what it lacked in appearance it also lacked in taste... it tasted like super salty mystery meat and bread... could only get about 2 bites down. The onion rings weren't bad, not the best substitute main but at least it wasn't a total waste... very disappointed.

I have ordered here multiple times , giving it a chance before I wrote a review.Each time I have had a variety of experiences.1st time, my fiance ordered a chicken Philly, they usually put queso cheese on top, we specifically (in person) asked if they had cheddar instead, the lady answered yes but still put the queso on. Total disappointment but we let it go. My chicken over rice was fine that day..Next time, we got a cold sub. The boars head was great ! However I asked if they could heat my turkey and Cheddar up before putting it on the sandwich, and i watched him make the entire sandwich ( at this time I didn't know he was making my order) and put it on a panini grill while there was lettuce on it ?- no Bueno.My third try was breakfast. Online order.I order the steak egg and cheese. I put please well done but juicy, also please add Cheddar not american. I made sure to say please because I don't want to sound demanding , I also ordered a haddock sandwich for someone else at the same time . I did also tip them - However, my steak egg and cheese was a STEAKUM ?, with AMERICAN CHEESE.I was so hungry I ate 1 half and threw the other side out but I should've went back and got what I needed.However I was busy and couldn't do that. I trusted that they would read the notes but didn't clearly-- this is why people don't want to tip. Also the haddock sandwich had no haddock ! It was all breading.. maybe we got a bad piece of fish but it also wasn't crispy as if they didn't allow the oil to heat up enough (to be fair it was 1145 am) but still . .I was going to go in there and go wild but instead an honest review will affect them just as much .
