I came in this afternoon and your associate Tatiana had the nerve of being the sweetest lil ray of sunshine. I can't stand Syracuse and I was going to the hospital with my mom and she brightened our day.

As a Sip Club member I've visited probably 30+ Paneras nationwide while traveling for work. This is the first Panera that flat out refused to give a refill on drinks. I ordered like $20 worth of food but a refill crosses the line? Really? The employees were nice but the greed by the store owner is absurd.

Worst Panera we’ve been to, and we’ve been to many on the East Coast. Very long wait due to understaffing. Lunch on weekday. Order was incorrect (first time it’s happened at a Panera). Won’t be back, many other restaurants n Destiny

I have been a DoorDash driver for Panera Bread at Destiny USA many times and have always encountered polite, professional, and welcoming employees—until my experience on the evening of March 4th.

I arrived at 7:32 PM to pick up a delivery from another food vendor in the food court and briefly stepped into Panera to use the restroom. The door was open, the lights were on, and nothing indicated the store was closed. As I exited the restroom and walked toward the door, I was shocked when a short, dark-haired employee began yelling at me aggressively, shouting, “We are closed! Get out!” in an unprofessional and demeaning tone.

I remained calm and tried to explain that the door was open, that I regularly deliver for Panera, and that I was simply leaving. Instead of listening, she escalated the situation, continuing to shout, “Get out, or I’m calling security!” Her reaction was completely uncalled for.

A second employee behind the counter, in stark contrast, was polite and professional, simply saying, “Please leave.” That’s exactly what I was already doing. However, I stopped to request a manager to file a complaint about the first employee’s unacceptable behavior. Shockingly, she claimed to be the manager and refused to provide her name.

What makes this even more disappointing is that my wife works for a well-known real estate firm that frequently orders catering from Panera Bread, and I work for a large financial firm that also relies on Panera for special occasions and corporate events. Given how much business we bring to Panera, it’s unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect and hostility.

I have never experienced such rude and irrational behavior from a Panera employee. Unless this situation is properly addressed and corrective action is taken, I will not be returning, and I will strongly reconsider recommending Panera for catering orders at both my wife’s real estate company and my financial firm.

This was unbelievable, and I plan to escalate this to corporate. I also took a photo after she shut me out as I was leaving.

Panera, this is unacceptable customer service, and I hope you take action to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. I couldn’t snap the front foto but you can figure out who she is based on the shoes she’s wearing I took this pic as she rushed me out the door while screaming at me like I was some kind of piece of trash for simply using the restroom for 30 seconds. I really hope this gets the attention this deserves.

The food was really great the employees were very kind they got me in my food very quickly and efficiently and it overall tasted amazing that atmosphere was clean and I didn't see any dirtiness or anything like that I really liked it would definitely recommend and would visit again

Not the best. Every time I have to ask for my drink (rapid pick up), it's never ready even 10+ minutes early. They also close more than 30 minutes early all the time which is super frustrating with the sip pass because I can't get my drink but I can't go somewhere else for another 2 hours... and by then everywhere is closed

Went to grab some lunch after shopping, they were out of all of the sides, breads, avocados. The person who made the sandwich I got should be disgusted. Who would eat something that looks like this?? Absolutely terrible I would rate this place a zero if I could. The lady who made our food slammed our bag on the counter, and all of the people making the food were loud and obnoxious.

I went here with my family just hoping to be able to sit, relax, and eat after shopping. I used the kiosk to order our food and was VERY specific as to my needs because of a food allergy. When it came time to get my food I realized I didn’t get my bread bowl so I went back to the counter. When I, very nicely, requested the bowl, it was slid across the dirty counter to me unwrapped. I refused the bowl stating that I had an allergy and went back to my table where I then noticed that my entire order was wrong. I took it back where they switched it to what was supposed to be mine and even in that bag was the complete wrong sandwich for my child. Coming from someone who has literally done this job and managed people doing this job, I have never seen such a lack of quality control. The only thing they did right was give me a refund. Do better Panera.
