Ordered meals for 5 different people resulting in a100 dollar total. Almost half the items were missing. We ordered 3 bread bowls, got 2, 3 french baguette sides, got none, ordered bacon mac and cheese and didn’t get any bacon. My sandwich arrived destroyed. It took 50 minutes to be delivered. I guess our replacements were completely random items from someone else’s order. Very disappointed with this service.

Every table in the dining room was dirty. My friend asked an employee if someone could clean a table and the employee handed my friend a wipe and told her she could do it. The floor was dirty; food had been dropped all over the carpet. We meet there once a month and have never seen anything like this.
We’re regular here, bunch of my friends come every week, today I asked them for a small piece of bread extra that usually comes with the soup (I got two soups) and they said go pay it first!? We already ordered and paid around $80 of meals and couldn’t get a small piece of baquette with a soup?! Thank you panera for being this rude.
