Great place for lunch. Or just a cup of coffee with a good company. Business lunch. Afternoon caffeine cure. All work at Panera bread.

I absolutely LOVE Panera. You can try something new every time you go, or stick with your favorite. I personally recommend the strawberry salad they have in the summer. It can get a bit pricey though.

Panera Bread in Fayetteville, NY has lost it's glow for me: no ambiance, just sterile wooden/metal chairs...the food was good....but sterile atmosphere, no warmth.

All Panera's are the same, which means the food is consistent. The Dewitt store has knowledgeable and friendly staff. When it's busy, the parking lot is a little crazy. Plenty of seats. Enjoy.

My favorite place for lunch. Pick 2 option allows me to get soup & salad or a 1/2 sandwich. Great choices and don't forget dessert. Highly recommend the chocolate chiper cookies. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and never disappoints. Price is very reasonable for choices and portions.

After being a customer for serval years, the location on Erie Blvd in Syracuse seems to have undergone a management change.I normally order a coffee, toasted bagel and a fresh made to order yogurt parfait made in a dine in soup bowl. All of the managers previously agreed that dine in should be in a real bowl not a plastic to go cup. This morning Justin, a manager here at Erie Blvd. said here is your made in a to go cup, place it in the bowl yourself. Really! I asked for and received a refund. So ends my twice a week visit to Panera Bread. There are other places that will welcome my $15 morning breakfast. I will inform my church group.

Drink Cups Confiscated from Kiosk where I CHECK MYSELF OUT to having to the wait in line behind other customers waiting for their food! So no more quick stops for the $13/month drink club before work! It was out of my way to begin with & Starbucks drive through is about to open in a more convenient area for in & out.Refund my $13! I'm not playing your games!
