I get panera, probably like at least 10 times each month through a combo of dining in or ordering through door dash.Great place to dine in with no issues at all. In fact, it's better to dine in than order. When dining in, my food is always correct, and they are very attentive when I bring my toddler by myself. A happy and actually relaxing experience for eating out.Devilvery through door dash is about 70% correct food and always missing a drink, so I no longer order any drink to avoid having to try and fix it. Also, I frequently get the wrong food or mixed up somehow, but I eat it anyway, just correct it at home. It's probably hard to keep up with the demand and also could be the dashers fault or delivery.

I purchase from this particular Panera location in Fairmount several times a week. (I'm one of their sips clubs members and live nearby) and it's always been one of my favorite places. The employees are very accommodating and super nice, but recently I've had problems with takeout orders. In August I ordered a Fuji apple chicken salad for takeout, and they forgot the chicken. How in the world do you forget the chicken in a salad when "chicken" is part of its name? I called to tell them about it and they said the next time I came in they'd give me a free salad. Well it's not actually "free" because I paid almost $14 for the salad and it wasn't what I ordered. So actually their free salad is just their way of giving me what I actually paid for. I'd much rather get what I paid for then get a free salad at a future date. This leads me to yesterday's takeout order. I ordered one of their "Pick Two" - green goddess Caprese baguette sandwich, and a Fuji apple chicken salad. I requested the green goddess dressing on the side and extra basil on the sandwich. I couldn't really check the sandwich unless I unwrapped the entire thing, but when I got home, it had no basil at all. Caprese is mozzarella, tomato and basil, so how do you forget the basil especially when I asked for extra basil? The dressing that came with the Fuji apple chicken salad, something I ordered often, was half the size it normally is- but then again, the salad was also much smaller. There was barely any salad, about 4 forkfuls. The salad is not a "side," it's half the meal! It was ridiculously small. This was a $15 purchase and the salad was shamefully small. I am a long time regular Panera Customer, and just in the past six months, their quality control is seriously slipping; their salad portions have gotten significantly smaller, yet their prices have increased. There was a DoorDash guy picking up an order while I was waiting for mine, and he turned to me and said the small bag of lunch he was delivering cost $73 and said the prices are totally ridiculous. He is right. To add insult injury. The tomatoes on the sandwich were incredibly unripe, and there was a scant amount of fresh mozzarella. I actually had to add some mozzarella I had in my fridge to it when I got home. But I opened the salad, there was clearly two rotten pieces of lettuce that needed to be removed, and considering how small the salad was, that decreased the size even moreWhat gives Panera? You must be losing customers, and unfortunately I'm probably going to be one of them. When I pay $15 for a salad and sandwich, at least prepare it the way I ordered it, and if you're going to decrease the size of the salad so significantly, you really should let your customers know beforehand. I understand prices have increased on your supplies- but your customers are suffering also. At least give us what is paid for and prepare it as ordered. There are so many choices in the same shopping plaza including CoreLife eatery, (who gives huge salads) and a new salad place next to Five Guys who's name escapes me at the moment. My order yesterday was the most subpar meal I've had in recent memory. Do better!

Panera is a great choice for a soup and sandwich fast food option. Their you pick 2 deal has a perfect amount of food. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. This location had great, extremely fast service. 5/5 would return.

I don't really have much to say. The food was ok and service was great even though it was busy.I personally thought it was a bit expensive. Today yesterday's visit was my first.

Love their tomato soup and used to scarf down the Greek bowls. The lemonade is always delicious... seating is plentiful. Service is usually quick and efficient. Really wish Panera would add more gluten free options.

Sip club is the smartest idea. $12 a month for a drink every two hours. Unbelievable deal.

The level of professionalism has gone. I would never go back there and would recommend that people go to another Panera cafe.
