Food was amazing! It was hot, came out quickly. Very underrated place.
Decor was a little dated, but that was the only downside.

Tables are always dirty and very sticky... not sure why they don't clean the tables more throughly
Came right as it opened - my food was quick and good! Great prices!
I love Panini’s. Everything is so good. I love especially the Cuban Club. So addicting
Great food and service
Food is good but customers service sucks! It’s not welcoming at all. You will not get a good morning or a smile back. Cashier seems to not understand what you ask for nor require suggestions, if you ask for options her body language says (I don’t wanna be here) I will never go back not even for something to drink. He need to hire friendly cashiers!

Best panini spot in the 315! Clean, lots of seating and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

Stopped in for lunch today. I got the cordon bleu panini with pasta salad. Both were delicious. Staff was polite and friendly.

I can't even rate the full experience as my colleagues and I were looking for a new lunch place to eat on our lunch and we traveled in to downtown to Panini's after our late meeting. They close at 3pm and we arrived at 2:47pm for 3 paninis and maybe chips, or cookies depending on what they had, so we could get back to our Corporate office to eat our meals. When we arrived we saw a worker who was behind the prep counter and did not greet us when he saw us. We looked at the menu board and within 1 minute we were all decided on our orders. I had then asked him if he was still open, and he responded "we close at 3pm." I responded, ok so are we able to order still? He then responded we close at 3pm again. I then said what does that mean for us, are we not able to order? His response was you can order but you can't eat here! We turned around and decided we would not be customers being treatedthis poorly. We ended up around the corner at Pavones on Warren St and had fantastic customer service and food packaged to go with a smile!
