On 9/25/25 i ordered around 5pm… Food delivered a few minutes ago. Who ever is working this location Right now, is absolutely your best team, Pizza maker, my pizza was perfect and looked fantastic and the wings well done just how I ordered. So happy with my order today.

Omg, first time eating Papa John’s and I mean sooooo good. I usually Door Dash and started picking up orders here and decided to try it. Went online and they had the $6.99 special smh so delicious! Did a pick up order (because I’m cheap and not trying to pay delivery lol) it was hot and phenomenal!!! The staff was quiet but professional, focused on the orders. Definitely coming back!

I called the place an order and the automated receptionist couldn't understand me. When I finally got to a person they told me 15 minutes for one pizza. That sounded good. I got there 25 minutes later. They took my money and told me my pizzas the next one out of the oven. Then 20 minutes later still no pizza and they don't know where my order is. I try to get my money back and they say I never paid. Some arguing and getting the cashier back up there to vouch for me I got my money back and left without a pizza. They were all very rude and they lied to me several times. This must have been the very worst experience in a pizza shop I've ever had. Also while I was there people just started lining up and not getting their orders a couple came in and said they ordered on the app which indicated their order was ready but when they got there they didn't know where it was. Someone else came in for their order and they were told it was already picked up and they're not going to get another one. This place is a mess It needs a lot of help.
Ordered a pizza 1/2 onion with mushrooms and sausage and the other half just sausage. Picked up an all messed up onions on half and mushrooms on the half to bad couldn’t eat it being that I hate both mushrooms and onions. Gave y’all the way we wanted it but you failed we won’t be back

Where do I start, they use DoorDash with these unprofessional and corrupt drivers, either the food is stolen (said delivered) or arrived with dog hairs on it. They tell you wait 20-30 minutes to call about undelivered order and yet they close within that time frame. We went to pick up our food and it was still made incorrectly and the workers like to rush and not care. Yes, we do tip; which is a waste of our money.
