Daniel made us the best pizza we ever had and was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoy the service he gave and the delicious pizza and wings he made. Thank you Daniel. 5 stars for Daniel.

I picked up my “extra crispy” wings and pizza which I paid 50 something dollars for and they’re all rubbery not crispy and they can’t cut wing for the life of them they all chopped up looks like a box of bones with rubbery meat and they even put the vertebrae of a chicken in the mild ones. Gross I will never order from here again!!!!

They dont care anymore. This place has fell off....go else where!!!
Love to get Pizza here, reliable thin crust, New York style, great cheese and toppings. If you just want a good pizza, that's a good place to go. Slices for lunch are very reasonable. If you don't want a whole pizza.

Great food
I purchased a pizza and was struck by how much things have changed. Whatever happened to Derek, the young man, or the rest of the old crew? I had assumed they were doing well, but I suppose it was too stressful for them. Having been away for a year, I was excited to stop by, but unfortunately, the staff behind the counter appeared miserable. I miss the Spanish man who was mangers and his daughter, who used to work alongside Derek and the older black man thats been there for years. I recall Derek name because he always engaged me in pleasant conversation. Miss the old pavones when Julie ran it then the pavon got it back and the crew I mentioned was running the show. Miss it
Food was amazing and service was great on how the accommodated my issue when I accidentally ordered from the wrong location.
I picked up a cheese pizza and it wasn’t made right. The dough wasn’t stretched out the cheese was just shot on. I was disappointed because it wasn’t the norm .
Best neopolitan pizza anywhere, period, and I've been to 4 continents.

Yesterday we stopped in to get pizza and salad. There were two new employees on with a very stressed employee that was obviously very over whelmed overseeing everything. The 2 new employees got into a verbal altercation and yelling started. The flustered employee tried to calm the best she could but she was so overwhelmed. One employees wife showed up to continue the disagreement. My daughter wanted to eat while we waiting but I didnt dare ask for a cup of ranch for her so we waited patiently. By the time our pizza was done to take home her slices were cold and we still had to ask for everything we were still missing from our order. When we finally got our fresh pizza I was trying to take home, the new employee had made the crust so thin and the crust was so undercooked that we had to finish cooking it when we got home. The frazzled employee said she would comp our meal, but I had already paid and just wanted to get out of your shop as fast as possible. I am not sure why a pizza place would throw 2 new employees into a shift with one very anxious one on a Saturday night and hope it would go well. I always have gone to the Warren St location and loved the food. But since they were closed on Saturday we went to this one. We will never be back to this location.
The pizza is life. Monumental in the orders for the nursing homes and the group homes in Syracuse. We all love Pavone's. And I love the service. The inside of the building is always pleasant and I love the dough! That's the best part. They take great pride in their pizza. For the various types of pizza this is the #1 for their type. I have a couple more places that I love just as much but because they offer a different TYPE of pizza. You have been open so long, and the history is evident in the atmosphere. Forever grateful for Pavone's
Crust wasn't fresh dough, tasted like cardboard! When I called to tell them that it tasted like cardboard she said the dough was made today. When I told her that we had had much better pizza from them in the past and we wouldn't be returning she said sorry, no offer to make it right. A good business stands behind their product. Very disappointing.
This used to be my spot for pizza ...but the quality of the food has declined significantly. I was hospitalized and ordered my daughter food delivery and this is the pizza she received, it was missing a chunk of dough and they didn't even bother to cut it.
