This used to be my spot for pizza ...but the quality of the food has declined significantly. I was hospitalized and ordered my daughter food delivery and this is the pizza she received, it was missing a chunk of dough and they didn't even bother to cut it.
My all time favorite place been eating their for over 30 years. But i have to say the canzone and pizza we got Sunday were terrible both were extremely spicy to the point could not eat it plus no ricotta was in the calzone. .pizza was cold And the lady was rude very disappointed

Liars. Dont order delivery from here because they will make you wait then lie saying they called tou even though they didnt. So many better options these days anyways

Ordered thru grubhub, driver shows up with 1 large pizza while missing the other large pizza and order of fries. Called while in the presence of the driver and were told that they gave the entire order to the driver while the driver is saying they did not. Got a refund from grubhub after having to chat with a rep to let them know what happened. Placed another order because we have kids to feed only for Pavones to cancel our order at the time when the food was to be delivered. Claiming they gave us food. You may have given the driver food, but that food didn't make it here. We will not be ordering from there again no matter how good the food is, customer service isn't quite up to par.

Just had order delivered. Wings were soaked through container, bag and soaked through top of pizza box. Missing 2 items and delivery driver said that they weren't given the items. Why wouldn't you check the order BEFORE delivering it. And oh, it's 9:25pm and store closes at 9:30. What a joke. Called 6 times before closing, of course they don't answer. Called and spoke to someone from Slice, magically she was able to talk with someone at store, she was able to get me a partial refund. DO BETTER PAVONES!

My order was over 1 hour late called couple times employee was very sympathetic and apologized said they had 1 driver on a Sunday then forgot items i was refunded but I def will order again food was good and even though very late it was still fresh very hot still and good thank you and hopefully you can get more drivers 05/05/2024
We ordered 3 pizzas..1 cheese. 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage for a specific time. We called 2 hours in advance as we only had 1 hour to eat. Delivery came 15 minutes late with one pizza having all the toppings on that one and very soggy still charging for 3. After having to call back said would have thre other 2 there in 20 minuteIt much longer and also very soggy and messy.and we no longer had time to eat it... oh we. So much for finnerThe delivery driver was fine .. he was not part of ou6 issue
