We ordered a medium for delivery ($30), it took 1.5 hours for delivery the pizza was cold and extremely greasy (through the box) it didn’t taste great either. Definitely below average and we wouldn’t recommend.

This was my second time going. Each time the service was great. The pizza is great and fresh. We had a friend mozzarella ball with spicy sauce, delicious. Dessert was excellent. The first time we were able see them making the pasta, this time we were seated by the fireplace.

Walked around the neighborhood and ended up wandering in - so glad I did!! The bartender/manager was fantastic, suggested a great Chianti and the homemade Pesto pasta which was amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

Sassy and disrespectful workers. Not helpful with displaying menus. Only has one size for pizza and doesn’t cater to all audiences. Also, too expensive for a 6 slice pizza. Pizza was good when hot but when it cooled the slighted bit, it wasn’t good. We were in a hurry and they failed to give us guidance. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

This wasn't our 1st choice for the evening, but the other restaurant had a 2 hour wait. Not sure if this was waiters first day on the job, but he didn't know much about restaurant, or what they offered. Food was so so.

Really amazing food. In Syracuse just for the night before catching a early flight and ordered delivery. Pizza was some of the best along with wings and knots. You wont be disappointed.

Walked in on Sunday at 5:50 and we were told that they are closed. When I said what do you mean I got an ATTITUDE back at me. I asked because it says that they are open until 7pm.
Amazing food, and great service. We had about a 45 minute wait, but it was well worth it. There was a really nice chef making pizzas that was certain to say goodbye to everyone and see how everything was, he was super nice. Grant was beyond awesome as our waiter, and Jeff was awesome from greeting us at the door on a busy night, to making sure we had a wine menu as soon as we sat down. We couldn't decide between a couple dishes and I am sure we wouldn't have been disappointed regardless. The home made meatballs were delicious, and the pistachio pesto was AMAZING. The appetizer, I believe the fritto misto, was amazing, and the bread they give you was one of a kind.

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks. Moz sticks were alright, pizza was good, but they cut it wrong. CUT THE PIZZA RIGHT! Who cuts pizza in strips? Thanks

"I'm not coming back" said the waitress that walked out on her shift right in front of us. Well, neither are we! Last night we walked into Peppino's last night around 7:45. The distracted 'host' said that our wait would be up to 40 mins. During our 40 min wait (that ended up being 1 hour) we were rudely ignored by the waitstaff. They avoided our eye contact every time they walked by. There was a table free for us within 15 mins of our wait, but the waitstaff (who said they would clean it soon) just left the cleaning supplies and dirty dishes on the table for 40 mins. Two couples that had come in much later than us were seated and served. To top it off, during our entire wait, the employees were complaining about each other right in front of us. At 8:50pm, we decided to leave as the waitstaff clearly had no intention of seating us anytime soon. When we walked out, a waitress was smoking right next to the restaurant. Clearly, they have a lot going on. We ended up going to Alto Cinco and having a lovely dinner! Great food! Amazing service! If you want pasta, just go to Pastabilities and wait it out, it's gonna be just as long at Peppino's and rude waitstaff. Oh btw, the owner has $184k to pay for labor law violations. Look it up on Syracuse.com. Go somewhere else. Not nearly worth it here.
