I am one to say if negative, dont say anything, but this one had me upset. I had ordered a small but they placed it in a very small container which the moment she passed it to me within 10 seconds of getting into my car the ice cream and sprinkles melted and spilled all over my clothes, on the seat and my car cup holder. I stepped out of my car and had to get in line just to ask for a larger container. By that time, my entire ice cream was a mess and dripped all over the floor and covered my hands completely. Everyone was staring at me as I had made a mess waiting. I had to ask for a new ice cream and express this time to place it in a larger container, which, by the size of my ice cream, should've already been in one.
Other than that, my ice cream tasted fine. The staff was nice. It's a busy place.

I am truly an ice cream lover. Ordered a banana split with hard ice cream, all vanilla (they had no chocolate or strawberry). When I was given my order, was told that the ice cream was a little soft. There were absolutely no toppings on the banana split. I got a banana, whip cream, 3 cherries and soupy vanilla ice cream. Not my idea of a banana split. Plus I was charged extra for the hard ice cream! Truly the worst banana split ever!

If you do, guaranteed 5 stars, if not, I'm confused why you are reading reviews...anywho. It's a nice ice cream stand with standard prices, plenty of options to choose from and happy faces all around. Service was quick and smooth. Enjoy!!

I've been coming here since they first opened.
I love their ice cream, sundaes and pies. My favorite go to's here are: the pineapple dole whip, their cookie dough polar storm and their custard when it's in stock.
This place gets busy especially during the summer months, but the line always moves quickly. They have lots of windows to order and a lot of employees.
I can't wait to come back here soon.

The service is excellent and the place is quite popular, but the offerings are pretty average compared to other ice cream places in the area for similar prices (Charlee's, Abbott's, Gannon's...).
Some people in line were waxing nostalgic about being brought here by their grandparents. I know ownership changed sometime in the last few years, so perhaps that's a factor.
They do have a great TikTok channel. Just wished the actual experience lived up to it.
