I love Pete's! I've been coming here since they first opened. I love their ice cream, sundaes and pies. My favorite go to's here are: the pineapple dole whip, their cookie dough polar storm and their custard when it's in stock. This place gets busy especially during the summer months, but the line always moves quickly. They have lots of windows to order and a lot of employees. I can't wait to come back here soon.

I take the kids here every-time we are in the area. Even with a line the wait is never long. The staff are always friendly and nice. Has a little sitting section for for kids and the girls love it.

Idk who served us but the whole place was more interested in conversation than customers and just rude and prissy. Left a 25% tip and she rolls her eyes shuts the window without saying anything after payment and walks off. Ignorant as hell for mediocre product.

My kids ordered two milkshakes and when they got them there was barely any ice cream and alot of milk. We patiently waited in line again to address the issue and when we spoke with them they were not only rude they would just complete good customer service and fix it. We will never go there again and suggest that due to bad customer service no one tier should either

Had a Sunday with the maple pecan ice cream. Loved it! Place has great ambiance. Outdoor dining only and very popular with the locals. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop.
