The seafood roll was a huge disappointment Tasted like puréed seafood with relish added Would order that again. The Phoebe's salads were exceptional as always Our waitress was stellar🤗

The food is always fresh and delicious. I appreciated being able to get a half portion of my entree, which was an option on the menu.

Phoebe's has become our “regular” spot for dinner when we visit Syracuse - the seasonal menu is a highlight.

So glad we made a reservation. Our server, Anna, was very attentive and helpful. We loved the ambiance, and everything we got was delicious and well worth the price. We will definitely come back, and refer friends.

I ordered the grilled salmon, which was very good; it was neither overdone nor underdone, and it came with mini boiled potatoes, which went very well with the fish. I would have liked another cooked vegetable as a second side, given that there were only very few mini potatoes.

French onion soup was amazing. Lots 9f onions. I had the Shrimp Skewers over grits. They were perfectly tender and cheesy.

Food was pretty good & the staff is very nice and always willing to help. I've attended a few events here & it's always good place

Celebrated my daughters bridal shower today at Phoebe’s! I couldn’t have picked a better venue. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere to the food to the staff. Perfect day!! Thank you to all the staff for your help today.

They keep the restaurant a little too cold. My wife and I were both freezing. Other than that: food and service were great

I will never order risotto anywhere else. Absolutely fabulous! Staff is attentive but we never feel rushed. Highly recommend.

I always appreciate clean cut, no nonsense menus & Phoebe's is super clean along being diverse. Service was immaculate from seating to drinks to main. They make a very good Negroni. My son ordered an extra dirty martini and liked it. I wanted to swap grits in my shrimp skewer to something else & the server was most helpful with swapping suggestions. My shrimps were well cooked & still soft and juicy. My son liked his steak. The ONLY fraction of a minus was the flavoring of French Onion Soup. My son's steak tasted a bit of bouillon in there which always hurts the onion flavor. I thought using a torch for the cheese gave a very pretty result!

great food as always, service was a bit slower for our party but they were busy. We had a work meeting so its possible the server didn't want to bother us too much. I always enjoy coming here, its so comfortable and nice inside. lots of options for any dietary need.
