We had a business lunch at Phoebe‘s and, as usual, we're not disappointed at all. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic! The waitress, Morgan, is always right on cue. It was a bit noisy when we sat down, but the noise quickly weighed, and we were able to discuss business matters easily and enjoyably. And did I say that the food was superb? It was. Thank you.

Overall, food was very good—except for my rib eye steak which was thin and excessively fatty. Drinks and service were excellent.

Fantastic, as always. From the delicate artichoke "chips" appetizer to the sorbet and dense chicolate dessert, everything was hot, well-seasoned, and delicious. We love this place :)
Everything was great! Was visiting campus after 40 years + Phoebe's was better than remembered. Recommend to anyone.
This is my first time back to Phoebe's in 20 years. I won't wait so long the next time! Very much enjoyed my lunch. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. Food was delicious.

The autumn vegetarian dish was very heavy with butter floating atop the cheese and pasta. It was much heavier than I expected, and I did not care for it. It is not what I usually expect from Phoebe's. I loved my pumpkin coffee - so good. My companion loved the vegetable and beef gf soup. The service and ambiance rocked per Phoebe's usual.

A solid restaurant conveniently across the street from Syracuse stage. Adequate street parking and parking lot within same block. Service was attentive, fast, and friendly. Food portion was reasonable size. A good spot for a hearty meal.
